What we face may look insurmountable. But I learned something from all those years of training and competing. I learned something from all those sets and reps when I didn't think I could lift another ounce of weight. What I learned is that we are always stronger than we know.

My sigs are my two favorites. This one from G has been a favorite of mine for a while. It really conveys not taking anything for granted, especially life. The second is from 2pac's "Ghetto Gospel". It has always just struck a chord with me.

I just kinda reworded something that was written on this site.

Now, I don't mean to be rude, but if you (not necessarily you who posted this thread, but anyone in general) want motivating quotes or something like that you're looking for the wrong motivation. I you're going to push the limits and become more than what nature has intended for you, that motivation needs to come from within.

But, i know that every now and then we need a little kick in the ass to get goin... bro, read this webiste that you're on right now... from the Livin' section, to the Journey, and the Diary of a Madman... They're some of the most inspiring things ive ever read, i know, ive honestly read EVERYTHING on this website. Ive even read The Journey twice. Much can be learned from these guys. And it may just be the motivation you need.
