ANIMAL TEST
Animal Test is the ultimate in legal hypertrophic, pro-testosterone supplementation. Combining the most potent natural extracts with one of the hottest, patented, proven supplements to hit the industry in recent years, the all new Animal Test redefines the capabilities of over-the-counter bodybuilding supplementation.
The Pro-Androgen portion of the Animal Test formula couples dynamic herbal extracts designed to facilitate a rise in free and total testosterone with effective anti-estrogen compounds capable of maximizing the natural anabolic response. Translation? Explosive gains in strength and size. This complex includes the revered free test potentiator 3-4 divanillyl tetrahydrofuran. Divanillyl is a lignan extracted from stinging nettle best known to inhibit sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG). In high enough dosages, like the one contained in Animal Test, Divanillyl allows for the enhanced activation of free testosterone which promotes gains in strength and size as well as improved focus, recovery and gym performance.
Animal Test is also loaded with anabolic ketosterones extracted from Cissus Quadrangularis—another exciting new bodybuilding ingredient. These ketosterones have been revered for promoting anabolism, boosting recovery and staving off the production of catabolic stress hormones. Beyond these obvious muscle and strength building properties, cissus has also been touted as a potent antioxidant capable of improving joint and ligament health, a side benefit worth noting for individuals making dramatic gains in size and strength over a short period of time.
Lastly, yohimbe extract rounds out the Animal Test Pro-Androgen Complex. Yohimbe bark extract has been shown to increase fatty acid mobilization from fat stores via increased noradrenaline (norepinephrine) levels and provides a strong boost in stamina. Designed to enable physique recomposition and to support a healthy libido, yohimbe extract can aid in ensuring the development of lean, hard mass.
In order to capitalize on the blast of utilizable testosterone provided by these pro-androgen ingredients, Animal Test comes fully equipped with a combination of cutting edge anti-estrogens. First among these is the ultra antioxidant Trans Resveratrol. Trans-Resveratrol acts like a shield. It binds to the estrogen receptor and works to block circulating estrogen hormones from ever hitting the target receptor, thus inhibiting unwanted estrogens from reaching the hormone receptor.
Trans Resveratrol is fortified by hearty dosages of other proven anti-estrogens, namely, 3’,5,7-Trihydroxy-4’-Methoxyflavone (Hesperetin) and Agaricus Bisporus polysaccharides. Agaricus Bisporus is an extract of the white button mushroom. These polysaccharides have been shown to act upon the aromatase enzyme via multiple pathways so as to cripple any estrogenic response to a new abundance of free circulating testosterone. Hesperitin appears to work by inhibiting the aromatase enzyme, thus reducing excess testosterone to estrogen conversion and allowing more of the desired testosterone to be available for the receptors.
In summary, these constituents work to block circulating estrogen from reaching receptors as well as negating the inevitable estrogen boost brought about by excessive testosterone production, thus directly and indirectly promoting a higher ratio of circulating serum testosterone. Both components of the Pro-Androgen complex are assured for utmost efficiency and uptake through the inclusion of 6’,7’-Dihydroxybergamottin and patented Bioperine—the very best absorption-enhancing ingredients available today.
The final and perhaps the most dramatically powerful element of the new Animal Test formula is the inclusion of the highly heralded, proven and patented hypertrophic agent, Arachidonic Acid (AA). Backed by university research studies and real world testimonials, AA has taken the bodybuilding world by storm—and for good reason.
Arachidonic Acid has multiple benefits for the hard training bodybuilder, the most dramatic of which are the ability for it to enhance androgen receptor sensitivity and to amplify training related muscle inflammation and in turn magnify hypertrophy. AA is an essential fatty acid that sits at the very core of the body’s physiological response to weight training.
When lifting weights, muscle fibers are damaged and AA is released. Its release alters local chemistry, which causes a shift that favors anabolism. The general anabolic cascade begins with the release of AA and is greatly amplified in the presence of more AA. This translates into more androgen receptors (increasing testosterone sensitivity), heightened IGF-1 signaling, greater vasodilation and even enhanced lipolysis. The availability of AA appears to dictate how strongly this anabolic cascade will be stimulated with training.
The more AA you have in your muscle tissue, the easier it is to liberate and trigger growth. This status as an anabolic catalyst made it the perfect backbone for this new Animal formula as it provides muscle building qualities by itself as it augments the actions of the other extremely powerful ingredients that together comprise Animal Test.
With a storied past and a world of potential for future gains, Animal Test reemerges. Combining premium, cutting edge compounds with patented proven ingredients, Animal Test returns as the most powerful product in the Animal line. Not for the faint of heart, Test is the answer for the dyed in the wool power athlete looking to make explosive gains by natural means.
Nice D. Can't wait to see ya start up.

EAA Stack: Everyday Anabolic Armor
by Anthony “Big Ant” DeAngelis, Natural Pro, National-Level NPC Competitor
Essential Amino Acids are what I call “Everyday Anabolic Armor”. You see Essential Amino Acids are the nine amino acids essential for humans: isoleucine, leucine, lysine, theonine, tryptophan, methionine, histidine, valine and phenylalanine. In addition, the amino acids arginine, cysteine, glycine, glutamine and tyrosine are considered conditionally essential, meaning they are not normally required in the diet.
We all know amino acids are the building blocks of protein and a variety of protein dense foods have different amino acid profiles. But with busy and demanding work schedules, family responsibilities and day to day chores, we can easily miss a protein meal here and there.
Therefore, I use this powdered drink mix throughout the day-everyday.
Anabolic results: Anabolic processes are and responsible for "building up" organs and tissues. These processes produce growth and differentiation of cells and an increase in body size, what every person who works out and is involved in some kind of fitness-exercise routine wants.
Armor: They also aid in recuperation, helping the body recover, energized and ready to hit the weights hard yet again. If you're sore and tired (physically and emotionally), and you're simply showing up to the gym to go through the motions, you should stay at home and rest for another day or two.
I have several ways taking my EAA Stack. I put several scoops in my water bottle which is on my desk at work. Every time I refill it with water, it also gets two scoops of EAA Stack. Also at home, before bed, I add three scoops of EAA Stack and one half cup of crushed ice, one cup of ice water, and half a cup of frozen raspberries in a blender to make a delicious anabolic fruit smoothie. Over the weekends, when my schedule is not as regimented, I freeze an ice cube tray of EAA Stack-Juicy Watermelon flavor is my favorite. When frozen, I add three to four EAA Stack ice cubes to my many glasses of water that I drink with my meals.
Your body, minus water, is 75 percent amino acids. Amino acid supplements are a safe, highly effective way to improve overall physical well-being and appearance. Amino acids are critically important to life and health--they are crucial for growth, maintenance and repair of the human body as they are involved in the formation of muscle and tissue proteins, skin, hair, nails and enzymes.
They are also a vital part of the immune system, the body's defense mechanism. Many body builders know that without enough amino acids in their system, the body tends to feed on its own muscles when faced with an energy crisis. This has led to the interest in aminos in the bodybuilding community. The EAAs ensure that the body has plenty of fuel to build muscle rather than break it down, allowing it to waste away.
With EAA Stack I know my body will perform to its fullest potential and with the delicious new Juicy Watermelon flavor, I actually look forward to every serving.

DAY 1
Ok, first day of this sick ass stack! Got off work around 730, hit the gym at about 8...had a pretty solid back workout. One thing I definitely noticed for sure on the first day is I have NEVER sweated as much as I did tonight. I had knee and ass sweat! WTF!
Another note, the Juicy Watermelon EAA stack is the F-ing BOMB...seriously one of the absolute best tasting supps I've ever had! In all honesty, the watermelon eaa stack beats out watermelon Xtend IMO...
pulldowns: 190x12, 200x9,6--150x8
bb rows(overhand grip): 185x12, 205x8, 185x10
db rows: 85x12, 90x10,10

Ok here we go day 3...had a good breakfast of egg, sausage, pancakes and a glass of milk...don't know why I mentioned it but it was damn good. Plus, and this is the best part...the principal there is a milf and a half! Anyway...today I hit delts and traps, here's what went down:
seated db press: 60x12,10,8

DAY 4
Everyone's fav day, arms! Noticed some effects from the Test already...felt stronger, my pumps lasted longer, and my endurance was slightly increased.
Bi's
bb curls: 85x12, 95x8, 105x7-ds-85x4
seated narrow grip ezbar preacher: 65x12, 85x9,6

Had a great workout, felt much stronger and had some better endurance, my tri's were pumped to the max at the end which feels great. Also noticed my pump lasting longer after the workout. I'm also noticing from my previous workouts quicker recovery and not so much soreness as before, although my delts are a little sore which rarely happens...

DAY 5
Ok, from everyone's favorite, to everyone's most hated...LEGS :( Gotta get it done though haha...
front squats: 135x12, 165x10, 185x6(I know, WEAK!)

dirtydean12
01-19-08, 9:32 pm
DAY 6
Ok, took today off, noticing much better recovery and decreased soreness...my quads and tris should have gotten much more sore than they are, which is definitely good. Only soreness is a little in the hams...

Sipped on a 1scoop R3+1scoop eaa combo during my workout which suprisingly tasted great, just threw down two more scoops of EAA postworkout as well. Time to grow!

01-21-08, 3:01 pm
DAY 8
Gonna take today off, have a few things to take care of, fingerprinting for new job...gonna go to the mall and grub down some Olive Garden...w00t! Plus my chest is really sore so I'm gonna let this be one of my 2 days off this week.
dirtydean12
01-22-08, 1:30 am
Change of plans, just realized I'll have no time whatsoever to hit the gym tomorrow. I just got home from work, so I'm gonna hit it now in about 30 min. Rather hit it late tonight than way early in the morning, only thing is my dose was taken earlier between 3 and 4...and the food was the bomb(seafood alfredo ftw! and a coors light that tasted like heaven :D )!
Great job, bro.
Keep it up.
Hurry and tell us about the workout!

Hey bro!
Nice workouts, I was wondering why no flat BB bench Press on Chest day?
I like to change up my chest routine about every 6 weeks, during my last log of pplex and mdrol, I did flat bb first that whole 7 weeks, now I've switched to incline bb as my first movement. Plus, upper chest is always lagging for most people and I tend to hit plateus with chest more quickly than other bodyparts.
I've also noticed that by improving my incline and decline presses, I've had an easier time making progress in my flat bench.

Chest day, didn't make any increases really...but I'd say for being pretty sick for a week and being able to maintain strength and make some progress, and not losing any weight is pretty damn good. I'm finally feeling 100% again, I can't believe I was sick for that long, pretty unusual for me...

Overall a pretty solid workout, had a good connection with the muscles...weight felt kind of heavy during my bb presses but oh well.

Hit legs, went easy on squats, didn't want to just jump into them full force after not doing them in a while, plus I didn't have my belt...no use getting hurt.

DAY 29
Hit chest today, was thinking of skipping bc of sore tri's, but instead I just spaced out my pressing movements to allow the tri's to recover a bit in between. Went pretty well, no problems.
Only slight problem was there was some tool hogging the decline bb station for like 20 min no joke...so I hit the smith machine and went a bit heavier. Other than that a great workout with solid progress!
incline bb: 185x12, 205x9, 225x6-ds-155x10
flat db fly: 40x12, 50x10,8
decline bb on smith: 185x10, 205x8, 255x5-ds-205x8

DAY 31
Hit back today, had to make it short and sweet because I had to referee a jr high basketball game, and the local rivalry b-ball game is tonight so I was pretty strapped...intensity was at 2x today, dripping sweat for the first time in the gym in a while!

Short workout, about 40min...but I was sweating and had a pretty solid pump in my lats and arms...

DAY 34
Just got back from the ABC and the Fit Expo in LA...the Fit Expo SUCKED, pretty disappointed. I hit some chest, a few sets of t-bar rows, and some tri's...highlights were:
250x2 on incline barbell press
weighted dips with 2 plates for 7 reps
decline db press felt easy with the 80's
Had an awesome time with the animal crew, all theguys were cool as hell...and oh yeah Erik "The House" Fankhouser came to hit it with us!!!!

DAY 35
Took the day off...needed some rest badly, was going on 4 hrs sleep with about 8 hrs worth of driving!
DAY 36
Last week!! I figured since I had kind of a mix-up workout saturday, I'd do the second half today...hit a few sets of legs, then hit tri's hard since they got a little bit of love on saturday. Was gonna do bi's but I didn't want them holding my back workout low tomorrow. Here's what I did:
leg press: 360x12, 450x12, 540x12
leg extension: 120x12, 135x10, 150x8
seated calf raise: 135x12,12,12
v-bar pressdown: 110x12, 130x12, 140x10
overhead extension w/v-bar: 90x12, 95x10, 100x10
bodyweight dips: 3 sets of 12, did these with the counterweight at 30lbs so I would have to do them slowly enough to keep my knees on the pad, great burn and connection!
Gonna go on with my regular routine tomorrow, just threw down some chocolate real gains, gonna hit the sack!
dirtydean12
02-20-08, 4:28 am
DAY 37
Back day...and another workout at around midnight :o still going strong though! This one was without straps also...also did bi's to make up for the weird workout this weekend.
wide grip pulldowns: 200x8,6, 170x10
smith machine bb row: 205x10,8, 225x8
one hand seated cable row: 90x10, 100x8,6
narrow hammer grip pulldown: 170x8, 160x8, 150x10
bodyweight hyperextensions: 2x15,15
seated hammer strength iso-row: 70(each side)x15,12
BI's
bb curls: 90x6, 70x10,10
incline db curl: 25x10,8
db hammer curl: 2 sets of 25x10-ds-15x10
Arms were smoked due to no straps on back, had a nice pump in the lats though, good endurance. Gonna throw down a real gains shake and hit the sack!
Good consistency bro, keepin at it for sure.

02-21-08, 3:04 am
DAY 38
Shoulders today baby!
seated db press: 70x7, 65x9,7(would've gone heavier but no spot)
seated db lateral: 40x8, 35x10,8
bent over lateral raise: 45x12,12,12
bb upright rows: 65x12, 85x10, 105x8
reverse pec deck: 120x12, 150x10, 165x8
db front raise: 30x10, 35x8,6
btb bb shrug: 225x8,6
db shrug: 90x12,10, 70x10
Felt good, 45 for 3 sets of 12 on bent over laterals is good progress as well as being able to handle 40's on seated lateral raises...hopefully next week I can push it and try to hit 80's for reps on seated db press!
dirtydean12
02-23-08, 4:46 pm
DAY 39
Tried something different for arms...instead of 4 exercises with 3 sets each I did 3 exercises with 4 sets each...and I think I'm gonna stick with this for a while, felt like I hit the bi/tri's more, also tried to cut my rest time between sets down as well.
Bi's
bb curls: 95x11, 105x8,6, 95x8
db hammer curls: 45x10,8, 40x10,8
ez bar curls: 95x8, 85x10,8, 75x10
Tri's
dips: BWx25,20,15,10
decline CGBP: 135x10, 155x8, 165x7, 135x10
straight bar pressdown: 110x12, 120x12, 130x10,8
Had a great pump, think I'll stick with this plan, although I wish I could've done weighted dips instead but I didn't have my belt and the weighted machine was taken...still hit it hard though. Only a few days left :(
dirtydean12
02-23-08, 11:32 pm
DAY 40
Leg day...was lookin forward to see muscle memory kick in with the squats, and it pretty much did, with some help from the Test of course!
squats: 135x12, 225x12, 275x10, 295x10, 315x8
seated calf raise: 180x10, 160x10, 135x12
narrow stance(less than shoulder width) leg press: 270x15, 360x12, 450x10
lying leg curl: 120x12,10,8
hack squat calf raise: 270x12, 320x10, 360x8
Kinda wished I could've done a couple more things but gym was closing and I had to get out. Squats felt really easy, probably could've done a bit more on those but oh well...had a good pump in the calves though!
dirtydean12
02-24-08, 6:37 pm
DAY 41
Got up and hit chest today...was lookin forward to see if I could get past 6 reps with 225 on incline. Also weighed in post workout, on an empty stomach, and I was at 200, so I'd say it's fair to say I've thrown on a solid 4 lbs of muscle, probably lost a little fat, maybe a pound. Nyce
incline bb: 205x6, 225x8(PR), 205x8-ds-135x12
decline bb: 205x8, 225x7, 250x5(PR)-ds-205x6
incline db fly: 40x12, 45x10, 50x7
decline db press: 75x8, 70x10,8
incline hammer strength: 70(each side)x12, 80x10,8
cable crossover: 70x10, 65x10,8
Killer workout, I liked not doing any flat work so I think I'll stcik with that for a few weeks. Had a couple PR's so thats good too, nice solid pump as well throughout!
Keepin on keepin on bro. Got your swole on for the Arnold by now? LOL!

02-25-08, 11:55 pm
DAY 42
LAST DAY! I decided to make the last one count, so I went extra intense for this workout...and it was a good one with some solid increases! I sweat like a mofo during this one too...
wide grip pulldowns: 200x12, 220x8, 200x8
reverse grip bb row on smith: 165x12, 185x10, 205x8
db rows: 100x12, 110x10,8
straight arm pulldowns: 70x12, 80x10, 70x8
narrow hammer grip pulldown: 150x8,8,8
rack pulls @ mid shin: 135x12, 225x12, 315x5(PR)
Had a great workout as you can see...Animal Test is surely a solid product, especially for being a NHA, weighed in after workout at 201, so about a solid 5-6 pounds of muscle during the 42 days, not bad! I'll post up pics hopefully tomorrow, I'll take them tonight.
