Alrighty fellow warriors, never really done all this before... because my workout changes literally from day to day. But, with football back in the picture... I've got an acutal routine I'm gonna follow for the next 4-5 weeks. Here she blows:

Monday: Back day
(warm up shoulders)
Pullups
1 - BWx15
2 - BW+25x12
3 - BW+45x10
4 - BW+45x10
Dead lift
1 - 225x10 (warm up, doesn't really count)
2 - 315x10
3 - 405x8
4 - 455x6
Seated Cable Rows or 1 arm DB rows (switch every other week)
1 - 200x12 1 - 150x10
2 - 210x12 2 - 150x10
3 - 220x12 3 - 150x10
Lat pulldowns(front/back) SS/W reverse grip pulldowns to belly
1 - 150x8/8 1 - 90x10
2 - 160x8/8 2 - 90x10
3 - 170x8/8 3 - 90x10
Then do 30 min of exsplosive plyometrics/cone drills/footwork.

Tuesday:
Light Arms
Superset bi's and tri's through whole workout with 9 working sets each.
Football practice: Right now it's an hour of agilities, plyometrics, and footwork. End practice with a team 30 min fullbody pump core routine.

Wednesday:
Chest:
(warm up shoulders)
Flat bench or hammer strength chest press (switch every week)
Warm up: barx60, 95x20, 135x15, 225x10
1 - 275x10 1 - 315x10
2 - 315x8 2 - 315x10
3 - 335x6 3 - 315x10
4 - 365x4 3 - 315x10 ss/w 225xMax(usually around 25)
5 - 405x2-3 ss/w 22xMax(usually 20)
Incline Bench or Hammer Incline
1 - 185x10 1 - 275x8
2 - 215x8 2 - 275x8
3 - 225x6 3 - 275x8
4 - 225x6 4 - 275x8
Incline flyes SS/W Flat flyes

Finish workout with 30 min of GOOD long stretching, cone drills, light footwork.

Saturday
Heavy Arms
Same as Tuesday's armday, just heavier weights. Subbing alternate forms of each exercise. Finish up workout by another good stretching session.

Sunday
Rest up.

Good deal mayne... after the season is over in mid june, I'm back in power lifting mode lifting wise and I wanna get ready for a bodybuilding show. So, keep posted... I'm gonna try and put up some decent numbers!

Needless to say, my ass is on fire today lol... and is like jello. No telling how good it's gonna feel tomorrow. Awesome workout, intense the whole way... plus a watching crowd always gets the weight moving. Another victory mark in my book.

No doubt... the supenator actually runs through your elbow. When it gets inflamed it feels like you have no strength in your arm at ass and it just plain out fuckin' hurts. It's been KILLING me, I've been icing twice a day though, probably gonna take it was on the elbow for the rest of the week. Will probably do light chest/back and do legs twice this week lol. I've got a few workouts to post still... just started my de-load phase for the football season. Camp starts next Sat, with a week full of double days. Doing this one week of deloading for my current workout cycle... then breaking it down into circuit sessions with the same split:
1 - Chest/tri's
2 - Back/bi's/calves
3 - Off
4 - Shoulders/traps/calves
5 - Arms
6 - Legs
7 - Off

Now as for set days, I dont have that... I go 2 on, 1 off, 3 on, 1 off. The actual days vary from week to week. So, until about the 1st week of July, just going for maintenance and muscular endurance. So in the end, here's to a winning and injury free season!

Oh hells yeah, from the looks of it... I should have my own camera crew (the fam) at most every home game so should be good to go! Well, the Classic as a whole was yet again awesome. Met up with best friends from back home. Arnold walked right by me again, and didn't get a chance to meet him... 4 years running now damn it, but next year it'll happen! lol
As always, the Classic pumps you up to get back home and get back to training... but it kinda rekindled me to get my shit straight as far as goal wise. I have my hands in tons of shit, which just a product of being so competitive I guess. I pride myself in being an all around athlete and not just one dimentional as far as being successful in sports.
So, right now I'm play arena football... but it's kind of just because the oppertunity was given to me, and I happen to be decent at the sport. But the passion is in the weight room, I'll be the 1st to admit it and never deny it. So, if camp goes well and I make a good roster spot.. I'll stick out the season and uphold what I've already put alot of time into. I didn't, I wanted to bad. I planned on it actually, for the ABC deal... it was a long weekend man. The damn plane trip both ways was rediculous. About 12-13 hours each for there and back. I stayed with some old friends so we just went out and got some grub and chilled. It was nice... good time to take the load off before camp to be honest

Umm as of right now...NONE....I am so not looking forward too it...but I go see my trainer tommorow to see what he has to say about it...I also figured i am going to hit up byrd for some pointers as well...i like that he does both and he is a bodybuilder that looks like he can lift heavy ass weight!...as a natural that is the only way I can really get any where competeing...because conditioning is the big thing then come the muscle...(i personally think that is ass back wards)

Good hell, guys... I havn't hurt this bad in years lol. I hurt everywhere, it's been a blast though. Made it through cuts so far, got one more round of cuts to make at the end of this week. Training camp was fun, but doesn't compare at all to the real game. Had a exibition game Sunday to work out all the kinks as a team... ended up losing 35-36, but it was fun as hell lol. Walking it to professional level arena football 6 years out of highschool, and 4 years of having anything to do with football at all... and doing pretty good against guys who play every year at this level has been fulfilling in itself. It's been a minute guys.... life is getting retarded busy now, out of no where. Training is going awesome though, little bro moved back up from school so we've been gettin' it done. Never know how much a serious training partner is until you go without one for a while... it's good to be back.
While doing the football shit on the side, it's go time in the gym. Summer is rolling around, to time to get right for the schladies and get that body ready for the boat this year lol. Diet is still shaping up gradually, little more serious every week... but it's time to get in competition shape.
Been lifting balls out, on a whole new level. Constantly trying to set a new pr in the 3 lifts every 3 or 4 weeks. Body is feelin good, so REALLY pushing it now. Deloading for a month really helped. Started this God forsaken cardio.... ugh lol.
Thinkin of really mixing it up this summer though, at least 3-4 days solid heavy lifting... then goin old school with some speed, explosion training and timed miles for cardio along with some sled pulls and even some strongman events for conditioning and total body workouts. Should be some good shit.

Trying to find a happy medium now of both... but I deffinatly feel the difference. For the record, I do NOT condone training with weight that you can not control and can NOT do full reps with. Well coming up on your toes for momentum isn't "bad".... if you have to dip under the weight to catch in the stance of a front squat, being on your toes is VERY BAD. you wanna catch the weight with a solid base to have somewhat of a recoil when it hit then exoplode as soon as the weight is under control. Well they fixed what was intially wrong with it but found a small hair line crack on the block so they are taking it to a machine shop to weld it instead of buying a whole new motor and save me some cash money!..lol hopefully I will get it back this week around thursday or friday.

Dude, try it... it was beyond fuckin hard. Get the hundo's and 80's and do drop sets of 6 and 6. I was trying to do 10 and 10, by no means did it work out that way lol. I was gasping for air after the 2nd set. RETARDED pump though, just from the presses. Man I havn't play COD4 in about a week, played it for the 1st time last night. I think I'm gonna rent the new Grand Theft Auto though, played it yet?
