Alright all you Pacific Northwest Animals and all other members attending the Emerald Cup... I'm putting together an event around the Emerald Cup April 18th and 19th 2008 in Bellevue Washington. Whose in?

I'm nursing a right deltoid that's been sore for a couple months. Military press with 70 lb dumbbells wasn't the smartest choice for me.
Otherwise, I plan to have a Full Blast Lift with everyone.

There was a great turnout, the gym and their staff were great!!! Oregon Grown Bam Bam put us through an incredible posing seminar!!! Rage was an awesome host!!! Definitely looking forward to the next one,for sure!!!

There was a great turnout, the gym and their staff were great!!! Oregon Grown Bam Bam put us through an incredible posing seminar!!! Rage was an awesome host!!! Definitely looking forward to the next one,for sure!!!

OGBB is truly a class act!!! And, Rage and I were in the same boat, as far as dieting. But, he was actually not moody at all...
It was really nice, getting to meet everyone there. :)
