i just wanted to put up a thread where anyone of us can post up any problems we have wether it be something that is drowning you with deppression or a lil bump that could be easilly ignored just post it up here and me and everyone else will help you through your problem and remember dont be shy about were all family here pce.
I am open for ideas from whomever may have one that actually figures things out. Family vibe is important to all of us here right?? I can definitely attest to that.......so what does a crew do when the family vibe is gone (we still all keep in touch, support and respect one another off of the forvm). Together we create the heart of the crew...but what do we do when the electrical system of the heart in charge of its beating is gone? It seems like a system that cannot be replaced. (the thread says it all)
No speed bump, no signs of depression.....I'm trying to cross the river and there is no bridge - or should I say the bridge is gone and swimming isn't an option......so tell me how to get to the other side.
last time i checked, we are not shrinks...nor is this relavant to lifting.
