for me, it's gotta be arms and legs..i have sick detail in my bis and tris, good separation with nice vascularity here..for the legs, they need a bit of conditioning, but proportion wise, they are MASSIVE..i love it!!..my chest is also pretty dominant--i just need to fill out the upper portion..my back is very strong, but needs to fill out with some mass, and my shoulders have always looked nasty..calves and forearms need a little catch up..the core is good too..how bout you guys?? what are you sportin?

I gotta say my back and my forearms gotta be fave bodypart to train too, however im starting to get more and more comments on my legs so theyre getting there too.

My shoulders and legs are the more dominant bodyparts of me. Both develop at a greater pace than my other ones and tend to be more outstanding... But as far as pure strength goes, I would go with my back.

People always make comments about my traps. I never train them specifically either. They just grow, and grow, and so I tend to work my shoulders harder so that my traps don't overpower them too much.

By far I would have to say Traps....I've worked hard to built them so when i get comments on them....it shines a little light on my otherwise crappy ass life

strength wise i'd have to say my shoulders are the most dominant...but size wise i don't really think any single bodypart of mine is really head and shoulders over anything else.

My most dominant is hands down my legs. My back is good but i can't seem to get my chest up to par with my back or legs. my arms are fine though

My Biceps and my legs definately... Chest sucks tho, i only bench MAYBE 205. I can Curl 135 though (140 back in the Fall, it dropped somehow :[ )

for me it is my calves...i need to work on everything else...just starting to get my chest to develop. it has been a really difficult task for me to get my chest to grow. with my diet and my program now....and correct form....i'm getting there...that's all i can ask for...righ?

I'm with bear, but specifically my quads.

My chest needs a lot of work though, which i'm going to get to after I go back into a bulking diet.

mine are forearms and quads

in 10 mounts my forearms have grown 2 inch and now they are 12 inch atm
quads have grown pretty well ever since i started squating heavy they are at 22 inch

ive recently realized that my legs are my best bodypart.. Ive worked hard to bring them up and it's starting to show.. I gotta bring my calves up though.. And my chest still sucks.. Those two are the next on my list of things to bring up

All of my parts need work...But if I had to pick a favorite to train it would be Back, now if I had to choose the best looking as of now, I would say Traps.

Lats, shoulders, and quads.

My lats have a nice spread to them, shoulders also grew quickly and nicely, and my upper thighs are 27.5 inches. The above three muscles are what I'd consider myself to probably be genetically gifted in.

Weakest links are chest and arms. My arms are barely 16 inches but it's all good, everything in due time!

i dont have a dominant body part, i try to stay in proportion... but, i could easily make my quads dominant. if i train them hard for two weeks, i have to take it easy for the next two, or I am having to buy new jeans. people have complimented my back, but at my gym no one cares about legs, then again... no one trains back either.

I used to play college soccer so somewhere along that road someone made me believe all you need is squats and deads.

So now I'm stuck with a lagging upperbody.

Most noticed from people is between my forearms and Traps
(And a few people peek at the glutes)

But I definitely feel that my back has yet to fail me
I also have always adjusted well to exercises
