Well, we didn't get quite the turnout of some of the other abc's, but we had one hell of a good back day. CSTLFX and Angst were two kick ass workout partners. I expect more people next time, as this was one awesome time! Mad props to Angst for setting this whole thing up, cstlfx for making the long haul and kicking ass in the gym, and most of all, Universal for the crazy hookups. Samples, beanies, banner, posters, etc. Got spread around the gym nicely. Turned a few people on to animal, they looked forward to seeing us again. Animal represented with intensity, respect, and dignity. Big thanks to Hercules gym in Syracuse. Lookin' for more next time!

Damn, you got those up quick. It was a great time. I agree though, next time we need to get a lot more people there. That gym was a lifters paradise.

Yea, I have been in the truck a lot, but 10 hours in the truck was well worth it. Got to meet a lot of awesome people.

We were in Syracuse. It was basically the middle point for all of us in Upstate.
