let me hear what you guys got to say.

i'm calling it the fruity fanatic.

2 scoops of whey isolate cherry
4 scoops of watermelon bcaa
2 little containers of mixed berry yogurt
6-10 ice cubes

Protein: 56g
Carbs: 70g
Fat: 2g

Now I got a question, will there be any conflictions in absorption between aminos and the protein?? You know how they always tell you to take aminos on any empty stomach? What would be the difference of adding protein to it? This is a very tasty drink.

2 scoops isn't enough
yogurt has way too much bad sugar. Stick with powder carb blends for faster absorb. Don't be a wuss. Just blend the shit together with water. Save your time.

what about the fat free yogurt with reduced sugars. it's roughly 13 or 14 grams of sugar pre container. it's got about 20+ carbs.

the fat free version would look like this:

2 scoops cherry iso
4 scoops watermelon amino
5-10 ice cubes
2 containers fat free yogurt

fat: 0
carbs: 50
protein: 56
sugar: 25

what kind of sugar is used in yogurt? how much worse is in that dextrose?

this is very good post workout you want simple sugar bc the sugarwill help replace muscle glycogen so keep the yogurt.
it would be a good idea to seperate the bcaa and the protien bc the bcaa prime you muscles for the protein you want about 30 min between bcaa and your protien. other than that keep it the same

Don't know much at all...

Some kind of advanced carb blend, a good dose of protein and a whole shitload of bells and whistles (to use technical terminology). Really looking forward to this bad boy hitting the market. Peace, G

Damn bro, can you cut through all that technical "bells and whistles" mumbo jumbo and give us a real shit, haha... Looking forward to seeing more details.

Cherry flavored protein? How the hell does THAT taste? I've never even heard of any cherry-flavored powder before. I'm very afraid...

not very good in water. whey isolate is much easier to flavor than concentrate or casein.

yogurt and some ice makes it a thick tasty drink, that is for damn sure.

Seperate the BCAAs from the main protein shake, take them right after your workout. Then take the shake about half an hour after that. No need to worry about the sugar in the yogurt much if you're taking this post workout though. Carbs, even simple ones, are your friends post-workout as your glycogen stores need to be replenished.

This looks good to me. I'll add 5g of creatine to this mix and that's hard to beat!

Isn't yogurt based on milk? Dairy products slow your overall digestion, meaning that you won't absorb your carbs/bcaas as quickly.

Furthermore, Animal Nitro (Bcaa supplement from this forums owners) says to take it BEFORE anything else. The claim is that BCAAs are the most potent and direct from of recovery protien. If you take other protien with it, there is some shit about competing enzyme receptors and things like that. the bottom line is that BCAAs are the exact thing you need for muscle recovery, and are smaller molecularly than your whey isolates, so they digest even faster. It seems that conventional wisdom would have you take your bcaas at your last set, then your PWO shake about 30 min after.

And ditch the damned yogurt, sugar or no. That may work for a morning shake, but PWO is different. Dextrose and whey isolates is the way to go. They digest so fucking fast, your insulin spike will come before you even drink the stuff.
