They grow them big out in Ohio I see. A lot of beef in a great looking gym. Glad to see that this session could get off the ground and be made possible. Great job guys!

the akron crew are all good guys who are serious about training.
us steel city guys had a great time moving some iron w/ our ohio bros.
ThirdEye - funny you mentioned the yellow shirt - that was my first thought when I saw one in Roo's hand.....
Looking like a good session there boys! That gym looks awesome!
Joe-yamma and Shaffer - good to see you guys in these shots....way to represent Steel City - I'll be in with you guys for the next one for sure!

Good shit guys, pics are aweosme and look really good.
WIsh I wouldve been there, I actually got my last W2 sat. in the mail, so I wouldve come if it wouldve been here friday and my return was good enough, we ll see shortly.
Anyways, man it looks liek I missed out on a good one for sure.

Yeah bro he is 17 years old. Loads of potential there....he is going down the powerlifting road though not bodybuilding, he hit 565 for a single on squats yesteday. Nice and deep too. I believe he nailed 1,100 on leg press for four reps not counting the weight of the actual machine.
