I have a decient body, strong healthy nice deffinition but that shit ain't cuttin it anymore. I want my arms, chest, back, legs you name it I want that shit to explode. I don't want to be average I want to look like a monster you have to keep in a cage.
What pak(s) should I be using, I talked to a guy at GNC last night and he told me I needed to buy a 40lb bay of soy protein and I damn near laughed in his face. I know how to workout and I know how to eat. I need help on getting BIG

food is the most anabolic thing you can put in your body
just read all the articles on this site, the diet part and youll understand how important calories are, you gotta eat like a madman, if you get fat it dont matter
get a good multivitamin, animal pak if you want the best one, its a lot of pills but it covers all your nutritional gaps, or you can start out with a typical one a day multivitamin, either one is good
get a good whey protein, this is probably the only protein supplement youll need
and last of all EAT!!!!!
6-7 times a day, 2-3 hrs apart
eat over your bodyweight in protein and in carbs to make sure youre getting enough, dont worry about getting fat

You just gotta be patient brother. Stick with the basics....mass exercises. SQUAT, deads, barbell curls, rows....fuck the isolations. and EAT....i'm talkin twice as many calories as you should be taking in. Eat calorie dense foods (not a salad with a teaspoon of olive oil with a scoop of whey). I'm talkin a calorie surplus. Get a good weight gainer to take in between your main meals. There's no shortcut....nutrition is most important..DON'T miss a meal. Make eating a job....not a luxury. Eat "clean" but don't be afraid to cheat......i would about 5 times a week for calories....Arbys, Quiznos, WEndys....dont be scared. Just take the basic supps like a good multi, creatine, aminos.....the stuff YOU KNOW works. Be religious with your calorie intake EVERYDAY. And ALWAYS go to the gym wanting to improve....always do something different (increase weight...break personal records...switch up your routine).........tear it up. Good luck.

maybe try another Universal product, REAL GAINS, great weight gainer that actually tastes pretty good

Your sentiments are shared by everyone here, from the smallest to the largest bro. It's what keeps us all going... But like others have said, you need to start with the basics--your meals, your training, getting enough rest... Once you get that in order, think about the supps. Nothing worth having comes too quick.

Thanks brothers, I think I have finally found a place I can call home. I really think this sight will do a lot of good for a lot of people, I know everyday before I go to the gym I log on just to get motivated. Stay focused, stay healthy, stay strong.

I like that bro they do not know anythnig at gnc well most of them. Bro you know nothing beats hard work, except smart work eat up get you diet together remember the percentages I am out on a limb but supps are about 3% diet, training and restmake up the other percentage. I am sure you are aware of that you know your proteins that is a good start. Are you really ready for people t look at you with that look of fear wherever you go then you are ready to be an animal bro good luck I am here and so is thousands strong that are going to help you bring that monster out bro.
Shit life is hard..... im training for about 5 years straight. To be honest, my gains aint to good i still want more and more.
Now im serious about training i got animal pak godd protein and i stick to a good diet....
Nothing more to say im waiting for monsteurs gains
