Tomorrow shall be the first day of the log. I am going to be trainning back and abs, with 20 minutes cardio. I want to home in on my zone, I need to get my numbers. All tonight I will be thinking of what's going to go down tomorrow, this is what drives me, this is what has made me whole. Some people need music to get them pumped, I alredy am pumped and psyched out, this is do or die.

Back day

Dumbbell Row 50x8, 50x8, 85x8, 85x8
Chin Ups (Bodyweight only for the time being) 12, 6, 6
Incline sit ups 20x3
15 minutes bike
Wasn't that good of a workout, it got interrupted a few times because I couldn't find adequate weight. The room is a mess, it's hot and I love it. Tried to keep rest periods of about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Anyways tomorrow is Leg day, I will be prepared for that one.

Leg Day
Squats 135x12 (warm up), 225x5, 225x5, 245x5, 245x5, 245x5
Straight leg deadlifts 135x5, 135, 155x5, 155x5, 155x5
Hack Squats 90x8, 90x10, 90x12
Lunges 30'sx20, 30'sx 20
This workout was short, and I didn't hit the weight I wanted, I am going to most likely add in another leg day in to compensate.
