Hey fellas. Just wondering if there are any East Coast of Canada animals out there. Where y'all at?

If you want some help getting this started I have the forvm names of a few guys out east. I'll PM them with this thread right now...
Just be sure to start recruiting guys to this forvm from your local area too. Make sure they have the Animal mindset and are willing to learn, contribute, and be part of this great community.

ya sounds good man. I am trying to recruit people everyday, but not everyone is animal quality unfortuneatly. You know the type. I'd just like to see if any boys or girls from the east coast are on here.

Why not? Most of the hard core lifters at my gym originally come from the east coast. You guys have a whole different level of work ethic born of your culture out there. You work hard... and play harder! I'm a newfie at heart.

Sorry to bump this post, but I would LOVE to have an ABC meet somwhere in the Maritimes. Just 5 minutes ago, I got done posting an idea like this over at the bbing.com forum! I am in NB, Fredericton to be exact. I think somewhere like Moncton would be the best place, as it's central to most of the Atlantic provinces....

Promote it at your local gym and at bb.com. Get people to join the forvm here and you'll have more members to train with. Just be sure to invite the right kind of people as that can make or break a good session.

Oh yeah, I know that one all too well. The power of positivity never ceases to amaze me. All the guys I workout around at home are such great influences on everyone around them, in both lifting and in life.

That's one of the reasons the Ontario ABC is still relatively small. We're all a little leery about letting in the wrong sort. We have a great group of people. It can be such a positive experience if done right, which is why you guys need to go for it!
