I'm in...was lucky enough to try Torrent initially during the HMS. Loved it! It filled in an area of my training and supplementation that needed improvement; post w/o nutrients (other than food).

Torrent is great; cherry wouldn't be my first flavor choice; so...I'm anxious to see what both the U-Rep and Universal have up their sleeves.

I want to beta test Torrent for three main reasons.
The first is that I love using Torrent, and if I test it I think I get a free tub, which would save me some cash. I've been using Torrent non-stop since Tiny first advised me on using multiple servings before and during my workout to really capitalize on the insulin spike opportunity. So I used three servings daily for a few weeks, and in those three weeks got the best gains of my life. Unfortunately, 3 servings a day really adds up, so now I just do one serving post-training. I just love the quality and convenience of Torrent - I know I'm getting all the right nutrients in all the right ratios.

The second reason I would like to test Torrent is because it would force into keeping meticulous track of my progress, and it would even get me to start my first log here in the forum. Of course I keep track of my results, but not in such a way that I see exactly what changed with my strength and appearance over the course of a few weeks. If I am a tester, I will pay very close attention to all areas of my development.

Third, I just want to get lucky! Shit I've entered every damn promo since I've been a member here and have won any! What's a guy gotta do to get some love?

Either way I'll be buying the new Torrent when it comes out, I'm just hoping that the first tub is a freebie.

I've always wanted to try Torrent but could never bring myself to spend that kind of money on a PWO supplement when I already use a weight gainer/protein powder, Pak, and Pump. To me, it's overly-redundant to invest in Torrent. After reading all the accounts of how great it tastes and how important post-workout supplementation is, my interest has peaked. Still, I honestly can't afford to sustain the addition of Torrent to my arsenal. In addition, I'd enjoy testing and providing feedback for others that might be critical, or "on the fence" about Torrent and this would be a great way for me to give back to the Legion.

Also, since I've never tried the original Torrent, the new flavor would have an un-biased response - I wouldn't constantly be comparing it to the original flavor. My writing skills and critical thinking would also contribute to a well-rounded review of the product that's fair and useful to others considering Torrent for the first time.

I currently make my own pwo shake using 2 scoops 100% whey, 2 scoops of bulk unflavored wms, and 5g creatine monohydrate however this has become a pain in the ass when it's time to reorder since they all run out at different times. I'm half-way into my contest diet and showed my trainer Torrent online & he was def. in agreement with me switching to it. So now as I use up the remainder of my current supplements, I would love to try Torrent before I buy the big containers and start using it post-workout from now on. I have never tried Torrent, but from all of the reviews I hear it is a solid product. I think that it has a great profile, and I like how it doesn't hide ingredients from you ( eg. Golden finsh Carb blend). I just got done reviewing Controlled Labs Golden Finish, so I could comare my results, product taste, etc.

I'd like to be a Beta Tester for a few reasons. First because my PWO currently consists of straight Dextrose, aminos, and then a protein shake along with Storm. If Torrent works like I keep hearing from all of the reviews, that would allow me to FINALLY get rid of the Dextrose bloat, as well as get my glycogen replenishment, protein and aminos in an all-in-one high quality product. I haven't tried Torrent as of yet, but am currently using Pump and Storm and advocate both products very highly. If Torrent works like I have been hearing, it would be great to add as a staple to my PWO right next to storm. I would also like to be able to give back to the company that has provided me with such a quality knowledge base and product line.

I messed around for years trying to figure out ways to get the best pwo nutrients down but it wasn't until I bought Torrent that I found exactly what I wanted and it was as easy as 3 scoops and shake, not pre-mix, carry a cooler into the gym with me, etc. I have also foudn that this product has definately helped me with recovery time. Since I have been on it I have been able to push my body harder and still have the same recovery time.

I had the opportunity to try the first flavor of Torrent when I was privelaged to receive House's Mass Stack promo last year, consisting of Torrent and Animal Pump. I'll be honest, at first I was skeptical about a berry flavored, PWO, powdered drink mix. And to be even more honest the first two times I downed a serving of Torrent I thought it was down right nasty, but that was b/c I had added too much water. The third time I downed a serving it was AWESOME and I was hooked. From then on I looked forward to, and even became excited for the chance to finish my workout and get to my next serving of Torrent. After I finished the tub I actually missed the taste and beneificial nutrients so much I had to go out and get another.

I would love the opportunity to try the next flavor in the Torrent line and would give my honest opinion. Plus who could pass up a chance to receive a free tub? It's only gonna help the check book, not hurt it! I know the importance of a PWO drink and can honestly say Torrent is where its at. The boys at Universal know their stuff and this product proves that!

Just being honest, but I trust Universal to make some kick ass products so I continue to drink it. Torrent has been the best post work-out supplement for me, hands down. I've been using it for close to a year now and have had excellent results. In the Marine Corps I trained hard everyday as a military police officer, now I'm out and train my local sheriff's department in hand to hand combat and physical fitness. I've taken Universal's Storm after I work out for about 4-5 buckets of it worth. I bought a tub of Torrent about a month after it first came out and taken it slowly. I just never could mix it up enough to get it down easily. The flavoring upset my stomach a lot, but I know it worked well when I was still taking it. I have never used Torrent before. I am interested in participating in the testing due to the fact that over the last year (since the Arnold) I have become a huge fan of the Universal line and the results I am experiencing.

My interest in participating in Torrent is that it is a Recovery Supplment. My training schedule is twice a day before work and after. Outside of Strength and Conditioning workouts I also teach and train martial arts for several hours each evening.

I haven't really dabbled in post workout formulas before but have made my own concoctions. Post workout I am taking waxy maize (carb slam) and creatine (cellmass is the only one i've used). I usually wait 30 minutes after that to take in a protein, whether it be dinner or a protein shake. I'd be really interested in trying a formula that utilizes the things I use anyways. The only Universal products I have used are Animal Flex and Animal Pak and I love both of them.

The reason I'd like to beta test requires a short story. I started this game about a year ago at 150lbs... A month ago I weighed 183lbs. I was happy. Things got crazy this past month.. My diet slacked... 2 days ago I weighed in at 169lbs. Well... Let's just say that woke the animal inside me. 14lbs of hard work out the door in a month.. That was just the kick in the pants I needed. My diet is back in full swing, along with proper rest and intense training, and I feel torrent would be a great addition to my stack to get me not just back to the weight I was, but to go right past it.

I never really thought I'd be as serious in the gym until I visited animal pak. I can honestly say that animal pak has made me want to be the best I can be and has let me create a work ethic that I never imagined I had. I see everyday as a training day. I'd like to add torrent to that staple. after hearing about a new flavor I'm hoping to be picked to test it out. Who wouldn't like to test the new Torrent? It's got everything you could ask for in a post-workout formula. Super-absorbable forms of protein and carbs in a great ratio, various amino acids, and creatine. It's exactly what you need to recover from intense workouts, and my body could definitely use it. I train MMA 4-5 times a week with 2-3 strength sessions and 4-6 conditioning sessions. My body screams for every nutrient it can get, and that's when I'm not cutting weight. When I am cutting, every nutrient I take in has to count. For my needs, Torrent fits the bill.

Ok, technically im not elegible, due to living overseas. But i will be at the cage in two weeks time and if selected, could collect the samples there.

I've used Torrent in the past, probably 3 tubs, would have been more if it wasnt for the price of supps over here. After i come back from ohio, Torrent becomes the staple product in my supplementation, along with PAK, STORM & NITRO. Its a product you look forward to taking, the last set cant finish quick enough. It has a full spectrum of all the good shit you need to grow and recover and it tastes amazing. Its only when you stop using it that you realise how good it is, recovery is so fast. If you've ever had creatine ee or Hydrolysed whey straight, then you'll know how foul they taste. Which makes the great flavour of Torrent a minor miracle.

I would be honoured to test the new Torrent flavour, especially as its the only ever time i will be able to beta/alpha test a product.
