Autos are okay,if your driving a car thats meant to be auto.Intake/Exhaust/Performance is meant for oldschool big block 3/4 speed automatics,and new school manual.Throwing an intercooler on a non turbo car is just a large waste of money.

Stick is easy,it took me a month to get down,(learned it at night,drove it to work 30 mins away next morning) and honda/acura is a great car to learn on with a pressurized clutch.My integras were great,ive driven a few more stick sports cars,and a truck as well

YOUR POINT, he doesnt quite grasp that that place is a mecca for us, and that its the experience..

I wouldn't recommend it because deadlifts will work your arms while doing the compound movements. I feel arms deserve there own days. That is just me, but if you do it let me know how it works. Keep up the good work.

got in a wreck today,totaled my baby eleanor.someone t boned me when i was pulling out of my schools parking lot.she has a broken wrist,i have a few cuts,i got the ticket because i was pulling from private property even tho the lady had a turn signal on and was stopping to turn.so now i need a car,with one week left of school.fuck.

I was actually going to suggest failure 4 rep scheme. I did it for 8 weeks. After every set, add 25lbs, and then 15, then 10, then 5, just keep adding. Each week it should be a higher set then before, for yes, 4 reps. 4 reps is always the goal. If you dont hit 4 reps, stay at that weight next week. could be just 4 sets, or it could be 8 if you keep hitting 4.

And yes, eat as much as you can shovel down, then chase that with a protien shake.

lol alright smart ass! if i use 2 percetn milk with 5 scoops its 51 p 194 carb,and 6 scoops is 150 p and carbs is wayy up there,i dont like to arch,makes my back hurt
