when i do it i only use it for a few doubles and some singles.. so that may help ya, just use it for singles, may not bother your back as much.. just a thought.

but i repeat dont get hurt or ill drive back to Htown and smack the shit outta ya..

Sweet work with the dips and skulls bro. dips will do that to you, and are a lift a brother in Nj doesnt give enough credit too. Log some time with them, and watch all your numbers grow.

im hurtin bad,i miss the iron so much,yesterday would have been squats,but im either going home today or tomorrow or wednesday,not sure,all i know is im taking this time to eat,so when i get back to houston i'll hopefully get some size from all the stuff ive been eating,my desire to get bigger is even more bigger now,im tired and sick to death of people calling me small,i dont want to be fat,i just want some thick solid muscle,is that to much to ask?so ive decided no more eating clean as much as ive been,im going to start have cheat meals 2-4 times a week,i need2getBIG need and want very badly to grow,and become stronger and bigger,and i have to eat shit to get bigger,than i will.end of the line.im tired of being small.

hit up some cheese tots,with chili, a few (like 5) jr cheeseburgers or 2 double cheeseburgers and some icecream... Oh to be in high school again...

so heres the deal,if i stay up here,Katie has offered to drive me to metroflex which is 13 minutes from her house! which means definitly hardcore training,hardcore atmosphere,and best of good solid equipment,but ill be going home tomorrow,and maybe coming back,ill train at home until i find out if im going to come move to mansfield until my externship then ill go back to houston,metroflex is 189 for 6 months,not bad at all if i say so myself,but ill keep yall informed on wether im moving up here or not,ill be doing speed sq and dl friday and speed bench sunday,me sq dl on monday and then me bench on wenesday,if im in houston,but if i come back to mansfield then ill have to save up for the fee for metroflex

yeah i just wish Katie would understand that this is what i love,and that getting big and strong is just as important to me as anything else,but i dont even know if im going to get to train this week.because i dont know if im going home,and i could train at her brothers but hes never there.plus id have to work for awhile to pay metroflex the 188 for 6 months,i just wish people could understand us.understand how we feel towards lifting and getting strong and big,why is it that people can understand why they take pill after pill for everything under the sun but they cant realize,these guys are just doing what they love,yeah we have schedules,yes it takes away time from others,but i cant stand being "normal" i cant stand the thought the look of it,i want to be big and strong,i dont want to wake up everyday and look the same year after year,or lift the same amount of weight week after week,i want to keep growing till i die.why cant they understand. sorry i just have to get that out there,its been packed in my head for so long.

heres an update,im living at Katies right now,i dont know how many times a week ill be training,i might be going to her brothers tomorrow to train.wish i had a car and a job so i could just drive there myself damnit.im kind of mad,because i hate not being able to train how am i going to reach my goals if i cant even train like i need to.

so i have a plan,if i can only get a ride 2 times a week then i will do my routine like this,1st day will be me sq/dl 2nd day will be speed sq/dl and then the week following that will be me bench 1st day and 2nd day speed bench,and then the next week will me sq/dl and so on

no it is to late because i already worked out before you sent this lol but when i go there again on sunday or monday ill just work up to do a set of 5 then 3 then 1 and then the rest ill do speed work,and next time ill get it right lol sorry if i came off angry,i just hate when i mess up a workout,i wish his bench with the leg curl wasnt messed up he said some fat guy messed up his bench and it cant go all the way flat.so im like well shit how am i suppose to do bench lol but he said i can get at a good angle and put weights under it to even it out so i hope that works.so im going to try and find a way to do ghr since i cant do leg curls.

I see you're doing Westside bro, right on! So was this max effort or dynamic effort? When you go for dynamic effort you do 8 sets of 2 reps on the squat followed by a few accessory exercises of your choice. With max effort work your way up to a 1RM. some tips I learned about westside along the way:

use a box below parrallel.

don't worry about heavy weights with dynamic effort, just focus on form and lifting as fast as possible.

stay withing 50-70% max of your 1RM with dynamic effort.

you don't have to max out every week with max effort, you can go for triples every now and then too.

use chains and bands once you advance.

good mornings are a great accessory lift for the squat and dead to throw in there.

you can do max deadlifts too once in a while.

Those are just a few things I picked up while doing it that I figured I'd share with you. Looking foward to your next session bro, kill it!

obviously squat is numero uno... DL and bench rotate, id rather do singles on dl than singles on bench, and rather do higher reps on bench than dl.. dont worry im not pretty either...

One last thing I forgot to mention is there is another component of westsied call repetition effort (RE day) where once in a while you just rep out on the bench or squat and go to failure. The point of it I believe is to stimulate some hypertrophy. So whenever you feel like repping away you can throw that in the mix sometime.

well change of plans,im going to get a gym plan at 24 hour since its cheaper and closer to where im living and plus i might not get to do my extern up here and i dont want to pay 200 somethin dollars for metroflex and not get to use it all,but with 24 hour i can pay monthly

yeah but either way i need a car,and her step dad had his mechanic where he works look at it i got 2600 but after hospital and all that my parents said i could have 1200 so im happy,most of it is for the car,then gym and supps,and were kind of together kind of not,theres days where we dont want to talk,and then theres days where were all over eachother lol

so shaynes in oklahoma and a family reunion so i have two choices,wait for the next day i can train and do speed or do bodyweight stuff here at the house and still wait for the next chance i get,but thank god my mom said she would be sending my money today!! woohooo!!! so i can get a membership at 24,i most likely might not get that blazer just yet so ill probably borrow austins bike till then to mosey up to 24 lol its only about 10 minute bike ride so its not to bad.cant wait till i can train 4 times a week again,i love the westside program though,even though i have to space it out so much,but itll get better,ill do some leg raises and push ups today and maybe some doorpull ups.anyways ill stop ramblin,im just happy in a few days i can finally get my training back to the way it should be,3-4 times a week,westside barbell!!!

well seems like nobody ever comes by here anymore!! you ***gots.lol well im watching the first preseason game and reading yalls threads,well props to smallnweak and ee for starting westside!!! i know both of them will have some big pr's,and squat to reaching his lifts! as for me ive just been doing pushups on anything i can,amps,tubs,floor,and some leg raises,did a bunch of differnt style push ups yesterday and arms and chest were pumped! cant wait to get the money though and start going to gym again.it should be wednesday at the latest.im going to ride a bike there,anyways im wating for shayne to return from oklahoma so i can a speed bench sessions in,until then you can expect plenty of push ups lol oh and i came up with a quote of my own today
