whatshappenin. im a sophmore in highschool, and i was wondering if i should be taking supplements now, or when im older. would it be cool to get like a pack of animal for like my birthday and use that up and then wait a while til i got money, or when i take supplements, do i have to stay with it, or will i lose strength or something. pretty clueless when it comes to supplements and shakes.

You don't need many supps man. I would say YES to the Pak. You can even go with a protein powder, assuming you're training hard enough to require the extra protein, and you have got your diet in line. Stay away from hormonal supps, like Stak, Stak2, etc.

hit up the pak......dont take anything til you are older than 18..let nature run its course man.

As mentioned above, the Pak is always a good choice. Other than that, save your money to buy groceries. You get big by eating big, not taking supplements.

A good multi and the occasional protein shake are more than enough at your age. Bottom line: train hard and consistently and eat as much healthy whole food as you can. Supplements, at this point, are unnecessary. The rest will take care of itself. Peace, G

When I was your age I used a 1 tablet daily multi w/o iron and a weight gainer(for my post workout shake) and I was set.

Yeah good advice looks like you are coming along good just keep it up get in your meal, protein you are all good bro.

men under the age of 21 have an immense amount of testosterone, GH, IGF-1, Creatine etc.....floating around in their bloodstream to which there is no need to supplement with anything but protein and good old anabolic food. If you work out hard and eat well, you have the capability to put on the same amount of muscle a 40 yr man on juice can. Work your ass off in the gym CONSISTANTLY, (we all know the social bug bites hard in high school) and eat well, supplement protein with your meals and you will be guarunteed great results.
