...but this stuff is In-fucking-credible!

I am stacking Animal TEST with Animal PUMP, and I can't get the point across how damn good my workouts have been.

Now, I have used the Pump before, and I am a firm believer in it. I have converted most of my friends to Pump vs other Pre-workout products.

Enter Animal TEST...
Day 1
I received my can on an off day, so i stuck with my regular workout schedule, and took the Test with a good meal and did not work out.

Day 2
Up at 4:30am for work.
Home at 6pm...Dead Tired. Last thing I want to do is workout. All I want is a nap. But then I see my t-shirt hanging in the closet "I Pay my Dues Every Day...Do You?" and I realize that it does not say "I Pay my Dues Every Day that I Don't Feel Like A Whiny Coward"
So I eat a good meal, take my Test With it. I wait a few for my food to get down, then I throw down the Pump and head to the gym.
When I get there, I'm still tired and sluggish, and I was afraid that I might end up just phoning it in this workout. Little did I know that I had nothing to worry about...NOTHING.

Chest Day
I put 135 on the Incline Bench and did a warm up set of 15.
Didn't feel anything
135 for 17
Starting to Loosen Up
135 for 20
Warmed up now, I slide another plate on each side.
225 for 10
I can feel the Pump wash over me
225 for 10
That's what I love about the Pump, it's not a dizzy kick in the nuts that shoots past you real fast like other preworkout products. It's more a ferociously focused realization that you've always, ALWAYS got one more set in You.
245 for 10
The pump in my pecs is phenomenal, but what I'm feeling is above and beyond the normal ANimal Pump workout high. There is something more happening here...TEST. THere was more power in me today.

My workout partner is on the injured list, so normally i wouldn't have gone much higher than 245 without a spotter, but with TEST I didn't even think twice. I bumped it up to 275 and put out 6 reps, took a quick breather and cranked out 3 more. My personal 1rm on incline is 315, but I wasn't going to go for that without a spotter even though I felt fantastic.

I continued through my workout, flat bench, incline dumbell press, incline dumbell flyes, each with the same ferocity and surprising myself each time with how much I had in the tank. I finished off with the Pec Deck machine, to really take advantage of the HUGE pump i was getting, and by the time I left, My chest felt like someone had stuck a garden hose in my clavicles and was pumping me to maximum capacity. It was INSANE.

I walked in tired and bitchy.
I walked out pumped, battered, and feeling fantastic; a new convert to the ways of the TEST.

I recommend the TEST / PUMP stack to anyone looking for ferocious workouts and incomparable pumps!

Great feedback on the supp. I've used it too and absolutely loved the results I had while on Test. One of my favorite Animal supps.

I hit a personal record today:

325 on incline bench

I know it's not "Animal" weight, but it's My personal record.
Plus, it is super significant because i am active duty navy, and am underway out to sea right now. So between the SHIT food, almost no sleep, and the damn rocking of the ship making a person want to vomit constantly, I must say that TEST and PUMP are responsible for giving me that extra edge to get in the gym every day and Pay My Dues, and get that extra 10lbs on the lift.

This stuff is undeniable. It's the genuine article.

I actually got 315x2
then 325 x 1
and i went for 330, but missed it.

I'll get it next time!

You can lift on a ship?

Yeah, most ships have a "gym" if you can call it that. It's more like a broom closet with a couple benches and some pieces of heavy metal in them.

It's what we have though, so we love it like a Mama loves and ugly baby.

Good shit man. Myself being in the Army find it crazy that you guys can stay on those damn ships for months at a time. I'd go fuckin nuts. Keep the progress up

Oh we do go fucking nuts.
We have a running joke that the only thing that keeps us alive is the RedBull and hatred.

Progress is tough mostly because of the food issue. it is so damn bad that after two bites your digestive system shuts down to protect itself. As if to say "This stuff is NOT food. this is some kind of extra-terrestrial industrial construciton compoud, and we will NOT eat it. Simon says, Go Fuck Yourself."

But, if you have the mental toughness to choke down the food, keep throwing down protein bars and protein shakes, and stick with training on little sleep with the ship rocking around you; it does afford you the opportunity to use that time away to transform your body and come back a much improved person. As you know being in the Army, being deployed and away from home is a horrible feeling, but a person can take that negative and at least make the best of that time so that it is not wasted.

I just keep chanting Wrath's mantra about diet "I'm not gonna puke. I'm not gonna puke..."
I haven't yet *knocks on wood*

"Mind sharing your age and/or weight?"

26 years old
6'5"
230lbs

When we left for last deployment, i was 205 upon departure.
We came back i was 217.
That was about 11 months ago, and I am now 230.

So it's taken close to two years to put on 25 pounds. Not crazy fast gains, but it's all good lean muscle. I did not want to put on excess fat just to say i had gotten bigger really fast.

Slow and steady wins the race for me.

My end goal is to get up to 260, and then pare down to a very lean 245.

Of course, knowing me, I'll probably hit 260 and say to myself, "I can take this a little farther. Maybe hit 270 and pare down to 255."

Some call it obsession.
I call it...well...
i don't know what the hell to call it. I just love lifting weights, and being big feels good.
