Looks like it was a sweet ABC guys. Sorry I couldn't be there, But my mom and dad had to work all day ;-; I'll be there for the next one most certainly though ^-^ And you can bet on seeing a Renji that's Gained some size.

I had an absolute blast, gentlemen. Everyone trained hard and ate well. When you find a gym to train at for the next ABC event, be sure to scope out the local restaurants. Gotta have mass quantities of meat...

what can i say G i eat alot.... lol
had a good time with yall, pulled a dicent amount of weight, ile get 600 next time. wish i could flipped the tire but tweeked my back pretty good so i had to chill. cant wait for the next event!! i agree with Herc we gotta find a badass restraunt to eat afterwards.

dam i just realized that FHSAA boys weightlifting finals are on Sat. April 19th, so i wont be able to compete. my lil brother is goin to states this year, so i gotta go support him. ile catch the next one fo sho.
