Got my Animal Cuts yesterday. I wanted to get into my cycle so I took my MStack with my protein then 30 minutes later took my Animal Cuts like 5 or so minutes before I worked out. It was leg day and I was concerned with the cardio after workout so I had a semi-intense workout. Usually I like to go max intensity, but if I did that then my cardio would suffer and I wouldn't be able to run. It doesn't concern me so much, because I am just trying to keep the muscle mass and slim down the fat. After about a 30-45 minute session of legs I go up to the treadmill and start jogging. I am only able to get an 8 minute session in. Alittle dissapointed, but I let it go and look on to, tomorrow. Before my workout I got my bodyfat examined by the trainer and his machine you hold in your hands and it tells you your bodyfat.

Weight: 232lbs
Bodyfat: 28.5%
Fat: 66.12lbs
Muscle: 165.88lbs(roughly)

I awakened at 7:30AM went into the kitchen with Animal Cuts in hand. I swallow the whole bag of pills and flush it down with some sink water. I dawn my sauna suit under my sweats and head out. I get about a 20-25 minute cardio session in and head home. I get my kashi crunch and protein shake w/Animal Pak Animal Flex. I am keeping my carbs really low and only whole grain. I take my Animal Cuts again 30 minutes before lunch. A second Animal Pak with lunch because my calories are lower I am cautious about becoming sick.
I am sticking to these foods: Kashi Crunch, lots of FatFree Cottage Cheese, Little Peanut Butter w/1 slice Whole Grain Bread, Tuna(Albacore), Skinless Chicken, Brocolli, Whey Protein, Animal Nitro, and Brown Rice.

I am very excited about tonights workout.

you are gona drop weight faster then ever with a diet like that. be careful becasue it almost looks TOO intense. keep your water intake VERY high.
