I was there and I know the names. The first guy is Mark. #2 is Phil. He came from Joliet, Il. First time i met him- a real solid guy. The dude in the orange Animal shirt is my partner, titan80. In addition to partner, friend, and trainer, I also get to call him Buck. The wildman in the black muscle shirt is AnabolicMass02. Crazy intensity in the gym. At the far right is John. He had to sit this one out due to an injury. Broke my heart and his to. It was real tough for him to spectate instead of sweat. Heal up, Bro. The guy in the back is me, Roadking. If any of ya'll get the chance to meet me, call me Mark.

whens the next one and where id love to make it im still new to this animal building thing i just got into it about 6months ago because i was so small up from 110 to 130 currently which i know is tinny compared to you guys but id like the chance to learn from you guys. i take it really seriously since its the only way ive ever been able to gain weight and ive come to love the feeling it gives me. you know on that last max lift how you just want to scream. im like that on ever lift and sometimes animal noises are necessary to get that last umph to push that squat or that dead lift up. i love being an animal lol just lacking one thing the mass lol

Being new to the FORVM and suckin up all this info, it's the least I can do. Now you can train hard and look almost as good as me while you're doin' it!

I took the liberty of printing out the info for our next lift, along with a map and directions to the gym, and put 'em together in little packets. Tossed 'em out to some guys I know @ my gym.
