Does anybody know how long does it take for creatine to turn useless when dissolved in water? I was thinking about mixing my creatine in the morning so i can take it before my last period. You know get the creatine flowing in the blood. What creatine do you guys use? Any creatine that you actually think worked for you? My creatine feels like garbage. How much muscle can you except to gain for a first timer using creatine? Thanx
If you're talking straight up monohydrate, you ain't really got time, I believe it's creatinine (useless) in under a minute. Some of the other forms are meant to address this problem. The concept behind kre-alkalyn is that the conversion to creatinine is highly related to pH, so it's a buffered creatine that supposedly is high enough to completely tarnish creatinine conversion.
I love this stuff works great for me easy to carry around only need to take two times a day get the 1500 mg though or the 750 mg you have to take four a day. But I love it no other creatine works for me.
