today was my leg day!!!!!!!!!! im sore as hell but, i laugh because i know that all this pain is for a good cause, i kind of love the pain........well my question is. what is a low carb protein good for? who should take it?

we all love the pain of leg day but that is a different story....im guessing your talking about a low carb protein powder? These powders are great for when you are cutting however when bulking and many a carb is needed these are not the best option
