been meaning to post this up for a while now.
place hands on something low like a jumping box or a smith machine barbell at hip level.
assume a pushup position on it with your arms locked out and your body supported on the balls of your hands. let your hands come down till your forarm flexors are fullt stretched, then contract them to get yourself back up.
hard as hell if your heavy, but feels amazing. i tried to draw the start position below lol!!

i thought that would happen!
k, you place your hands onto a smith machine that is set up at hip level. then you step away from it with the balls of your hands supporting you. then basically do a wrist curl and rep it out.
i would post a pic but i dont know how to and i invented this so i would have to draw it on paint, obviously i cant try to draw it using the keybord. just look at my original post and you'll know why!

Let me see if I understand. When you wrist curl a bar you are stationary and you move the bar. With your method, the bar is stationary and you move yourself. You can "adjust" the weight by how much you lean on your arms while doing the "curl". Am I close?

yes, there you go, the lower down you go, you place more of your bodyweight onto the balls of your hands therfor making this exercise harder.
you could try this on the ground in a pushup position but it you gotta have flexible hands and fingers.
