Anyone here using the 'heavy grip' for training forearms?,

if you do...how u incorporate them into your routine?, or do u use them alone?....what knid of rep/set ranges do you go for?

We have a grip machine at the gym I train at. I started adding this in on the days I do shrugs.

I always incorporate forearms into my training. Nothing like having two giant meat hooks hanging down out of ur sleeves. To help with my grip, I try to avoid using straps on most of my movements- ex. Pulldowns, Rows, etc. If I am going really heavy and feel the need to use them, then I will but for the most part try not to.
