I want to get a little bigger, mostly in my arms, yet want to get cut for summer. Ive been taking the pak since august 07, have done 4 cyles of the stak, and have just started taking the cuts 2day. when I had started being consistant back in aug i weighed in at 198-202 im 6' 214-217. i was looking at workout 6, but what other workout would anyone else possibly reccomend. Thanx.

or maybe #4?

I changed up my workout routines between #9 and #10. when i felt myself getting bored, i just started the other routine the next week and vice versa. for #10, it says you can put your off days wherever you like. i just did 5 straight and then 2 days off. it just worked for me and my schedule. good luck and keep us posted. let us know how it goes.

i just started #10 today. would it be bad to alternate with #10 each week?

Some of my best gains ever came from routine 5.
Really basic, power reps (8-2) with a burn out set after each exercise
I gained alot of power and size from this routine
I also like that back is divided into two seperate days
this allows me to focus alot more for such a large area to train in an hour

If youre looking for a real shock routine for a short period of time
try arnolds routine
he trains each muscle group twice, and supersets back with chest
both of which are rare in the common "chest monday back tuesday" routines
I'd only do this for a short period of time though, unless you have good recovery, otherwise after a while you might slip in to over training

anyways, two real good routines to shock the muscles and give them something new

Just create your own workouts and go with the flow. Do some thing different all the time and shock your body.
