trust me bro, I started out jumping on 30 inch boxes about 6 months ago. Since i changed to a more athletic training template that focuses more on speed and plyometrics, my athletic devlopment has gone through the roof. I put 21 inches on that one jump in 6 months, 23 inches on my standing box jump, and 11 inches on my vertical as well.
I appreciate the props!

if thats 51 inches, how tall are u? cause thats 4.25 feet and just came to ur waist. that dumpter was over my shoulders (im only 67 inches tall, 5'7)
