This was our 3rd CT ABC and I have to say we have a great group of people in CT. A lot of young hungry cats plus we had Ox and P.J. Braun. The Gold's in New Haven is always great to us and what a great gym to train in.

I just really enjoy the ABC's and like to capture the moment for those that can't be there, plus I got this really cool camera.

Even said he was about 280lbs. Still very lean, veins still popping.

Looks like a hardcore Animal session you guys had with a lot of pain and sweat! I really like some of the "old school" equipment in the pics, it gives the gym some great personality!

Man, looks like you guys and girls really had a terrific time! You can sense the electricity in the fotos...
Makes me think i should migrate. Jump boxes with Y&H and eating with Ox =) Animals migrate, dont they? =)
