I have done some research on my own about EFAs and started taking just fish oils recently. Why not just take one pak that fills in the gaps for all EFAs that will only take your preformance to the next level. I would like to try for the fact that I want to ditch some weight that I have while keeping my strength where its at. EFAs would def help with that

Omegas are an essential part of any serious bodybuilders nutrition plan. Unfortunately i am stuck in a shitty cafeteria where they serve the majority of the food in either a vat of oil or covered in bread. i cannot remember the last time i had a good piece of fish or even chicken for that matter. Animal Omega would be an optimal addition to my nutrition plan and i know universal does it the best, so i know it will boost my performance and recovery times. I have never tried taking omegas before simply because i had never considered it to be that essential, but over my time here on the FORVM i have learned daily that they are a very important part of the iron game and i would be honored to get my hands on a can of this stuff.

Animal Omega is a long waited and much needed addition to my supplement shelf. I have been supplementing with several of the EFA supplements individually for a while now. I read up learned early the importance of these vital healthy fat nutrients in my diet.

As such I take fish oils, I use CLA, I use Flax seeds, the list goes on...

Animal Omega has come along and is offering me all the EFA's I have been taking in one convenient pack. A pack a day to keep the fat and bad health away! Not to mention it includes other helpful EFA's that I wasn't even aware of the benefits of using!

AO will help me in my quest for better health and a stronger body via it's ingredient profile. It adds supplements to my regimen that I didn't even know about that I will benefit from. EFA's- Man i used to think of this and just think, "I'll just down some fish oil and flax oil and itll be good for me" Little did I know..

Then I read some of the discussion here, and read the article by Ox. Man, that was sick it was so true, I didnt even realize what i had been missing. I think part of the problem is that I was falling partway into that group of thought that fat will make you fat. Then I started to research into it and have been looking for a way to do this the right way and Ive been excited looking forward to this product coming out. I really want to give it a shot to see what such a wide formula of EFA's will mean to my diet. I have been excited since I heard the announcement on Omega.

Looking forward to the doors this will open for me and really looking forward to another solid staple that Animal has come out with, honestly, this will make everything so much easier than trying to buy 7 different bottles, it will be more cost effective and the packs will be an amazing help because when it comes to eating/training/lifting like an ANIMAL, there is so much to worry about, Omega makes sure there is one less......

I, like most people, have always thought that in order to lose fat you have to cut it from your diet. Reading "Ox's Stable" and later his "Essential" article, I have learned a lot about essential fats. I have known that there are fats labeled essential, but I didn't really give it much thought as far as how necessary they were to add in my diet. I have done research not only on EFA's, but EAA's and vitamins and minerals as well, and I had no idea how important they are for everyday body functions. After learning all of this, I feel like I am cheating myself if I don't include these in my diet. I want to try Omega to give myself a full dose of the daily essential fats I need to function at my best. I am excited about this product coming out and the opportunity to try it. Well even though I am a young buck I have always taken fish oil. Why? Well its because my old man said so. I've been taking it for 4 years now and I'm only 19. He knew the health benifits of it got me hooked when I started lifting. I never really understoood why, but as I learned more about diet, I realized how important essential fats are. I wanna try it in the loan reason of Animal's dosage. I currently take 3 different kinds of efa's in my diet and my cabinte looks like a damn pharmacy or supplement store. Animal Pak alone is a wise reason to try it.

I've been researching the ketogenic diet since last year when I first joined the forum. With all the help from the animal brothers, especially Evan Centopani, I've learned more than I ever wanted to about EFA's. Now, with 16 weeks to go until my first show at the OCB Yankee Classic, I am using everything Evan taught me, including EFA supplementation.

When I met Evan in Philly at BodyWorld ABC Gathering and asked him if he thought that this diet would work for me, he just looked at me and said, "buddy, trust me, trust the EFA's, you can do it! It's a piece of cake!"

I am a BIG FAN of EFAs. That is what my diet consists of my last 2-3 meals. See, I have carbs for my first 3 meals around workout time, then I drop the carbs and replace em with EFAs...So I do a protein/veggie/EFA meal, etc. I have been doing this for a long time and I stayed leaner while adding mass to my frame, which is hard to do because I'm an endo. I think it's wonderful that professional bodybuilders, such as Universal's very own Ox, endorse the use of EFAs. However, that endorsement is not the reason I want to try Animal Omega. As a science teacher and nerd, I have a 'science-y' kind of mind and understand the roll and importance of EFAs in the body - especially a body that is constantly put under stress from hundreds of pounds of iron pressing down on them. Okay I will admit that I did not know that a bodybuilder needed fats. Fats? doesn't that make you fat? uggh! But after I read Ox's article on EFAs (a month or so ago) I started to add it to my diet slowly but surely...the flaxseed oil and the fish oil. Since then I have noticed that my bad knee (taken out when I played football) got better. I was able to squat more and pull more weight not just on the leg area, but also on my right arm. Its been a long road recovering back from a messed up bicep tendon (had to be repaired), I was out of the game for a while, but now Im back and I feel that the EFAs in Ox's high protein high fat diet has helped me not only cut the fat gained when I was out of the game, but gain back my lost mass slowly but surely.

I would love to get my hands on some Omega. I recently did a few weeks of keto, per Ox's example. Besides the fat shedding effects, I noticed that my blood pressure and heart rate were improving and that my skin (acne a problem for years) has cleared up considerably. I've since stopped the Keto (gotta get bigger), but am still supplementing with considerably more fats than previously. This includes fish, olive oil, almonds, and multiple pills like evening primrose, CLA, etc. I can't wait for Omega to be released so I can cover my bases and then some, in perfect ratios.

This thing is going to be a staple for me. I'd love to start it off with a trial can!

I've been taking fish oils for a little while now. They work, at least for me they do. After reading Ox's articles and doing a little research on my own, all of the other oils present in this pack seem to be an awesome combination that I want to try. Ox is the one who got me interested in AO; i know he takes a lot of EFAs, and it helps him a lot. I still kinda have some acne on my skin, and im curious to see if AO will help me manage it better. The reason i say this is because taking a lot of EFAs is supposed to be good for your skin. And if the Pak has been around for over 20 years and still going strong, im sure AO will be even better. AO is a foundational supp, and you can never have too strong of a foundation in any Area of life.

EFAs in the past have been incomplete. Up until now I've had to buy several different items and take them together - including grinding up my own flax seeds to get the whole benefit. Some might say it's no big deal, but I disagree. Finally there is a product that's put common sense to use and combined several EFAs together into one supplement. If only for the sake of not having to grind up my own seeds, Omega is worth a shot - but I know it will be much more. With the varied lipid profile I can't wait to get my hands on it, free or not.

Now, Im not a very stingy, or pushy person...but here I will be hands down...The biggest reason I want to try Animal Omega is becaue I have tried everything in the ANIMAL line and it has all worked, and its been the supp. line for me since. Now, I want to try Omega, and add it to my supp. regimen for my precontest diet (consisting of Pak, Pump, Nitro, and Flex). I am doing Keto dieting for this show, and have cut out the bad, added in the good (taking Ox's advice). I want to try Animal Omega because I've been hearing so much about EFA's and fish oils. It piqued my interest substantielly, and I've been trying to eat as much fatty fish as possible, peanuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, and even avocados just trying to supplement my EFA intake. I am getting ready to start a cutting period. I had great success in the past on a high protein, high fat, low carb diet. Healthy fats like Fish Oil, Sesamin and Flax Seed were what I was using for fat supplementation so I already know the benefits of the combination, no convincing needed here. Also, being a bit older now (38) I have found the benefits of Animal Flex as a year round supplement and would like to add Omega to that arsenal. EFA's could be one of the most important nutrients that are currently not in my supplementaion/dietary intake on a regular basis. I have taken fish and flax seed oils in the past and to get your daily dose you have to lug a suitcase around with you to fit all those pills in. This is where Animal stepped up the challenge and made yet another phenomanol product. I read somewhere, (I think bodybuilding.com) that Ox the guru of EFA's had ordered a few CASES of this product already. If Ox will go as far as ordering a whole case you can assure youself that I want to atleast give a can a try. I am still young and take Pak and Flex regularly (its my breakfast ritual), Omega will most likely be added to that stack to ensure that my joints stay healthy and that I dont get fat. While EFA's will assist in reving up metabolism their benefits are more bountiful than just that. They aslo benefit cardiac function, as well as assiting in the regulation of blood pressure and the immune system. They are also important in brain function, which is great considering I'm still in school. Animal Omega is a perfect addition to a sport that is about perfecting the body. Yet again Animal delivers a supplement that will be conveinent and work.

I found through this forum that I am a Carb Sensitive individual and I can't handle them that well. Ox's tips on dieting with fats (keto) has opened my eyes to a new way to bulk or trim down without major fat gains. I would enjoy a can of Omega since I have now started incorporating EFA's to my diet and have seen tremendous changes in my energy and body.

However, these EFAs are an important tool in any real lifter's arsenal.

I view these EFAs as a glance to the present, as well a hint of what's to come. EFAs ensure the fact that as long as I have a will, my beating heart will keep this animal alive for years to come.
