Persoanlly I`d milk it dry until it works no more then I`d look at why it wasn`t working and try to manipulate it to work again then once I`d exhausted everything out of it I`d store it for future use again at a later date and then move onto another routine, maybe every 3 months or so, just a ball park figure as everyone is diferent or you could do as some do and that is change it around all the time, I don`t liker that idea so much as I like to know what I`m getting out of a certain routine all the time.

The choices are vast, good luck.

I stay with the same muscle split, but I never ever have the same exercises, meaning I never do the exact same thing on any day for any body part. I always switch it up keep the body guessing and keep getting sore and you will continue to grow. Sore=Good...

Good choice on choosing Universal products. You will not be disappointed if you eat right, and lift properly, and of course get rest. What are your goals? What are you expecting to get out of xxx amount of time frame? What is your diet like? If you give us more information you will gather a plethera of info on what to do. Best of luck brother.

to make it simple for you bro you have 3 main options

1) Change your workout when your gains stop happening, the workout must be stale and its time for a break

2) Change it every 6-12 weeks, this will keep your body responding and making steady gains
or
3) Change the workout weekly, this will ensure your body has no time to get used to the work you are throwing at it.

Which ever option you choose, stick with it for a while and see if it works. if you dont notice any difference in your strength or size think about trying a new approach.

Another factor to consider is that we are all different. My body adapts to routines pretty fast. After 4 weeks i have a hard time getting muscle ache and the body becomes less responsive. So i like to change routines rather fast. On the other hand, in my gym is a guy who trains the same routines day in day out. Does not switch much of anything. But for him that works wonders somehow.
Try things out and you will notice what works and what works not for you.
Eat big, resty plenty and keep adding plates,

never too big..what u said is exactly what everyone must do..but am just sick am trying this and that or searching and understanding what my body goes for..but i guess we have to learn alot and everyone as we know got a different body thts true...as i said and everybody did..we must listen to what our body says ..its rly a 100% great fact that i always try following :)
my answer to SLY..well am gna give u my info
as i said am following Routine No.10 in the training splits which is for Overall physiqe * Muslce mass..thts what i really want..and its for intermediates as i've been Bbing since 2 yrs but my 1st year was crap :( in the routine i added 2 Biceps exercises with chest and 2 Triceps exrecises with Back other than the bi's and tri's day becz my arms are slow growing realy
am currently bulking i dunno how much my bf% is exctly but i thnk its not that high though...i need real mass and muscles appearing same time...although dont worry abt my food its not that shitty..am so clean and i don cheat alot ;)

My Diet is like that:
1-Wake up- 1 scoop whey + 1 glass half skimmed milk
2- 6 eggs(2 yolks or some almonds) + 1 cup oat meal
workout..and post workout imm. i get another 1 scoop of whey with water
3-chkn breast or red meat + rice or potatoe or spaghetti+veggies
4-Tuna or Turkey with whole bread sndwch+ orange or apple
5-Salad Bowl with cottage cheese+ 2 tbsp Olive Oil

thts all..every week i try to add more calories depending on my lifts and calories burning during workouts

Thx alot for helping me guys..and hope i could update u more and more every since..and hope soon i will put some of my pics on a thread :) wish me luck

As for your training routine, here's my take. There is the standard recommendation of 8-12 weeks or so to change things up. I think you have to get a little more in depth than that. You are going to respond differently than everyone else to that or whatever particular routine. You have to listen to your body. Keep a log book, keep track of your lifts and results. When you hit a plateau, change it up. You may just need to change an exercise now and again, not an entire routine. Don't fall into the trap of changing shit up because you think you need to because of something you read. Your body will tell you when you're ready to change.
