it was a sunny day so i did my workout outside. So i only had a barbell, dumbbells and a bench. this is what i did. have i covered back and bicep fully with this workout?

Deadlifts
1 warm up set
50kg 8 reps
60kg 8 reps
70kg 8 reps
80kg 8 reps
100kg 3 reps

Barbell Rows
20kg 10 reps
30kg 8 reps
30kg 8 reps
50kg 4 reps

Dumbbell rows
30kg 8 reps
40kg 8 reps
40kg 4 reps

Barbell Curls
20kg 8 reps
22kg 8 reps
24kg 8 reps
30kg 6 reps
34kg 6 reps

Incline Dumbbell Curls
12kg 8 reps
14kg 8 reps
16kg 8 reps

by this point my arms felt like they were going to explode so i called it a day.

I would say you have yes although chins would have been good to add but you used what you had at your disposal, nice one.
