Im currently in Iraq, so my food options are limited. Basiclly i eat meat until im about to vomit. I drink only water besides my shakes and shit. Im taking Animal Pak, Stak, Isopure no carb protien, creatine, and glutamine. My workout schedule is Chest, Back, Shoulders, Arms, Legs repeat with no days off since boredom out here is a killer i like to keep myself in the gym as much as humanly possible. I do cardio Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Im wondering if anyone has any tips for something i can change, add or anything to help me out. Thanks for reading and your input.

So you train all bodyparts everyday?

If so then I`d split them up so you still train 5 times say a week but only each bodypart once a week.

What about carbs in your diet, what do you eat?

you cant be hitting the same muscle groups everyday man, in that case youre just asking for a catabolic disaster. there also has to be at least one rest and recovery day for you no matter how boring it is over there. youre tearing them down but not taking a chance to let your muscles build back up.

I'm pretty sure he means he does chest one day, then back the next, etc.

bro believe me i know you must be bored to shit but overtraining like that nomatter what you are supplementing with and how much you are eating like that is going to drive you into the ground. you should try training 5 days on 2 days off I think and just keep working hard. basic workouts with lots of basic food will build mass, its not rocket science and since you are motivated it shouldnt be a problem.

keep hitting the gym hard and eat right....watch over training. used to over train in high school and when i came to college i dont have as much time to lift and i've been seeing better gains. try to stimulate instead of annihilate.

I could be wrong, who knows, but i dont think he meant that he was going to do a full body workout everyday. He probably meant one body part a day. continually 5 day rotation with no days in between the 5 day run.

Yea i do each bodypart 1 day then the next for 5 days, then start over again. sorry im not too good with words. I added some carbs into my diet with Smart Start ceral packs we get out here and the little arab milk god knows what animal it comes from. For all i know it could be cambodian breast milk. I changed up the routine a little bit i was getting sick of it, so now Its Day 1-Chest and Tris Day 2- Back and Bis, Day-3 Legs and Day-4 Shoulders then a day of cardio. This is actually my first week i just did Day 1 today. Thanks for the feeback everyone. The people i work with dont lift and are a bunch of lazy mother fuckers who only exercise the perscribed 3 times a week by Marine Corps order. Something id like to share that i saw on the squat rack in the gym i go to is "Depth Before Dishonor". I know most of us have heard of Death Before Dishonor, not sure if anyone heard depth before dishonor before, figured id share it with the rest of you. Kill.

Thats a very good quote on the squat rack and its very true, squat deep and get big legs.

That routine looks good now, all the best with it.

wsup bro, I ain't no expert, but I'm sure most will agree with me that at 21 years old, gettin rid of stak and just changin up ur diet will probably be more effective than anything else. I understand that you want "lean mass" so if anything, why not add some more slow digesting carbs? as long as you dont eat fast digesting carbs you should be aiiite. remember, carbs are the most ergogenic substances ever.. i know your choices are limited out there, but try to get ur hands on whatever is the best you can get.
