yo fellas!,

So over the last 3 years ive brought my legs & back up quite nicely...unfortunately they now eclipse my chest arms& delts...i see these as my 'lagging' parts at the mo...
After reading how branch warren left out quad workouts for a whole year to bring his other parts up to par & reading tinys thread on prioritizing just one body part for the whole month, ive come up with an idead & i wanna run it past y'all...
im planning to do a 4 day split, prioritizing chest first and then arms next, with delts in tow..
something like this;

day 1: chest
day 2: arms
day 3: delts
day 4: rotating back n legs every other week
(obviously calves & abs will be done with either day 2 or 3)

what do u guys think about this kind of strategy?
does anyone have a better idea?, i just cant lay of legs n back totally, im to much of a punishment junkie...haha...

seems good to me... I also got another suggestion, you could train chest or delts twice a week but with less sets as machine suggests for arms

if you do only a few sets you'll be recovered after 2-3 days allowing you to hit it twice a week, but the stimulation is more frequent

mmmm...good idea man, kinda like a DC idea, hitting areas up more frequently with higher intensity & lower volume...but alas i can only hit a 4 day split max, thats why i was goin fri thru monday, no work on the weeknds... im gonna b spending at least 3 days on the road in deepest, darkest africa every week & there aint any gyms around...maybe a big ass mine & some veldgrass, but not much else....haha..

thanks for the advice there tho man, appreciate it....
