Hey guys, quick question on abs. You see most guys with really chiseled abs that are well defined. I was looking on youtube of the video of Frank doing his chest workout, and rather then having really defined abs, they were kinda 'bulky' in a way, if you understand? Rather then going in under the chest, his top abs kinda come out (although they are well defined). Is it due to like a bigger ribcage thats more prominent, and it can be achieved, or is it down to genetics?
