Ok, I'm on week 7 of my contest prep diet... KETO, Evan Centopani stylee. I got 15 weeks to go, and I just won the OMEGA promo...
For EFA's I'm taking omega-3, CLA, and Evening Primrose Oil each 3 x daily... 1 of each with my first shake, 1 of each with lunch, 1 of each with my post workout shake.
How do you suggest I add OMEGA to the mix now? Divide the pills and take a few with my other 3 meals?
I don't know how many pills are in OMEGA but I don't know if I should use OMEGA to replace what I have going on, or to supplement it.
