Side Raises - 1 set till failure
DB Seated Military Press - 1 set till failure
Reverse Pec Dec - 1 set till failure.
If you ask me that is all you need.
Here's what you do
you pick a couple basic, free weight shoulder exercises, including at least one compound movement. Then you do a few sets of each training with lots of intensity. That's how you ball-bust your shoulders.
It's not the routine that makes the routine ball-busting, it's how hard you go at it...and how well you feed the muscles afterwards. Any routine can be "awesome" depending on YOU, not the words and numbers written down in front of you.

All you have to do is just apply some intensity techniques.
Dropsets..supersets...GIANT sets...burn outs
Thats it. Do your laterals and presses and your all good.
DB presses, upright rows, side laterals, bent over laterals, machinepresses, shrugs
Keep the intensity at top throughout the whole workout. Lots of dropsets and stuff. Mix it up a bit.

Experiment with past shoulder routines....mix and match some shit or go completly off the reservation and come up with your own ball busting routine. Variety is the spice of life and experimentation is what builds freaks

warm-up like hell
military press 3x12-8
seated db press 3x8, superset with 8 lateral db raises.. you might need to cheat a bit on those
hang clean and press, 5x5, strict form
bent-over laterals 3x15-12, superset with upright rows, go light and take time to squeeze it good
front db raise, 3x8
cable lateral raise, 3x12
my delts/traps used to be my weakest part.. they caught up with that shit.

Like alot have posted before, is all about poundages. Old School Brute Force. Train Heavy and Smart, but Always Heavy. 5-6 Sets on an initial compound, preferably one of the variations of the barbell shoulder press, in the 3-8 Rep Range. Then throw in some, Dumbell Shoulder press or Arnold Press, followed up with some 'down-the-rack or dropset combo' side laterals. That my Friend, is a serious shoulder workout.
i took ya'lls advice today......let me tell ya it was an ass kicker!!! i kept up the intensity and did drop sets and believe me when i say that was the best shoulder workout i've had yet!! thanks!!

If you are looking for something thats completely off the wall, do a quick internet search of John Defendis and Steve Machilak (spelling?) Not exactly for the faint of heart, but I have a feeling you'll get somewhat of a descent burn.
Good Luck Brothers.
