Just outta curiosity, why are you only eating fruit after 6p? Did you hear somewhere that this worked or have you found this to be successful through trial and error? I would try and limit the fruit on a cut maybe, just a suggestion (maybe more fruit on higher carb days....) lemme know what's up

Also, try putting a couple more meals in there, keep that metabolism running all day.

I know some people who ate nothing but fruit after 6 pm, this was the only change in their lifestyle, and they lost weight. Another thing is that fruit should be only eaten on an empty stomach. So - I eat it after 6 all at once and never during the day, it's like fruit dinner. I eat pineapple, peaches, apples and oranges, avoid bannanas, grapefruit...
Another thing is - I consume about 1000 calories a day, so it's like 800 during the day and 200 worth of fruit somewhere around 8 pm.
This also has to do with limiting yourself. A very hungry individual is tempted to eat a slice of pizza because it also has 200 calories, but we all know this should not be done. This way you just can't. When you're cutting EAT TO SURVIVE, food excuses f**k up all the effort.
You're right about meals. I just barely squeeze in these 5 in my schedule. Thanks for the support.
Doesn't sound too bad. Just make sure you keep your protein intake high enough so you don't lose any muscle. Fruit after 6 and only on an empty stomach would keep your metabolism up and satisfy your hunger, not a bad idea.

I always loved tuna and chicken. They make me kinda sick now. It's like I'd rather go hungry than eat the things I do. And yet I know that I have to eat them...
