What about the Toronto Pro or the Chicago show? There doesn't seem to be many in the Carolina/Virginia area. We would love to get you in a show down in the Carolina's if their is one.

did the chicago last year it was a good show... cant wait to decide this year. yep no shows in that area that i know of mate..

Wow, a 5k huh? I run on the weekends usually, I hate it, but I keep telling myself "I gotta exercise the dog!"

How'd you build your calves? I usually do leg press calve raises and just stick to squats and other leg exercises to build my calves.

Leg press calf raise is my fav but u need to add seated calf raises and rev raises to get the total calf program in

That's good to hear, I'm using the "Get Seriously Strong" from BB.com. It's more so I can get back to the conditioning of my training.

Never tried it before how's it going

It didn't go really well. I think it's funny that I've been training with other programs to see if there was something that would help me become better. When in reality I ready knew what worked. It's a learning process and now I'm back to the original training split and it's working better than anything else I've done. How is everything going for you?

Diet starting to eat cleaner since I hit 280 want to level out at around 265

Doing well bud. The bulk is going well up ten but got to get on the scale tomorrow I will let u know if it went up any lol
