1 Pack ( 10 breaded Scallops )
- bake scallops in oven till golden brown
- cook lean beef on stove till nice and brown add barbeque if needed
- once beef is done toss scallops into frying pan to flavors mix and serve on large plate
- add sum sweet potatoe fries if ur looking for sum added carbs, btu the scallops should be good enuf
