Turns out i didnt get you doin dips after all. Damn was a shame. Had no choice at Nando's, as you were too stubborn to whip the pro camera out. Every ABC has shots of din dins, we couldnt be the exception...
Thanks Toni and Thirdeye, I was the oldest there though, lol, 44 years young but all is good and training is going well, currently weighing 14 stone 11lb (207lb) now onto 15 stone, then 16 stone and on and on, ain`t nuthin but a peanut.

Great pics! Looks like a good hardcore time, and vids of Toni in action....priceless.
A big thank you to the gym owner who is pictured clotherd by the door of the gym with Toni, he didn`t charge us, he let us take pictures and let us get on with it.

If you are looking for a hardcore gym, a real dungeon type especially downstairs where the deadlifting and power rack is then this is good if you are in Luton or close by, I`d train there if I lived in Luton without a doubt.

Well im a cert for the cage again in '09 and it would be nice to have some people around who can understand my accent better. So lets all try head out there. Its an experience you wont forget, trust me.
I`m probably going to incorporate it in a holiday with the wife, not fair to leave her at home or drag her there just for the Arnold, I will stay in a hotel close by, have a day at the cage and then travel on to Florida probably, be good to all meet up, maybe we can meet on the way out Paul.
I heard Toni and Thirdeye talk about a second meet coming up soon; 17th of may.
Is that gonna be a new thread or is the updates about that going to be in here?

There will be a few more meets yet this year, but the next one is just around the corner, so we can catch Toni (and not let her go) before she heads to dirrrtay jerZ. We can continue all those discussions back in the official ABC thread. Just leave this one for anyone who wants to pass comment.

I got nothing less to say then that it is pretty damn obvious you all had a blast and were representing the Animal style big time. I am so ticked off i couldnt be there.l I will kick another dent in my car for making me miss it in the first place. Damn moneytrap.

Nice job everyone. Wish I could have been there- maybe next time we will get to fly out to train overseas. Way to get the pics up so soon as well for all of us to see. Gettin it done Euro style. Big ups to everyone that was there and made this a memorable experience

In kettering where I live, the locals here have some crazy accents.

Grrrrr. It was nice for a change to sit at a table with peeps who could understand (sort of) what i was saying. Was hard work in ohio. I even had to resort to talking to Wides and Norrim1 in a yankee accent, to get my point across. Had no chance with Vinny tho, he just looked lost when i opened my pie hole.
