First off I 'd like to apologize for not being very active on here since the "CAGE". I 've had my hands full with a few power meets i was running along with managing my gym and trying to train for a return to the platform after my bout with a staph infection.

Anyway, I'm a bit stymied in my thought process for writing articles for this site. I'd like to ask the ANIMALS out there if there's any particular subject you'd like to read about or need assistance with???

If you have any ideas, please PM me here and hopefully someone can jumpstart my writers block.

Thanks everyone.

Like Tek said, it'd be cool to hear about your methods and the reasons behind them. Also I'd love to see a sample bench workout for a shirted bencher and a raw bencher, the exercises and why you chose them.

In all honesty, Id really like to read about powerlifting gear. Your thoughts and opinions on the bench shirts and squat suits from the past and present, aswell as where you think they are going to go. The technology of this sport really fascinates me and I dont know of many articles only this site dedicated to the stuff.

No need to apologize for not being here, Big Dog. We all have lives. Yours happens to be unique. Write about something you really know about: your daily activities. I know a training log has been mentioned, and as much as I'd love to see that, I want to suggest more of a "day-in-the-life-of" type article. To see how you train would be great, but we all know there are soooo many more factors that affect strength and power than just what happens in the gym. How much sleep do you get? What is your typical daily meal plan look like? Include what life is like outside of training/eating/sleeping: We know you run a gym; what kind of stuff are you dealing with? I'm not asking you to delve into your deepest personal issues, but just a simple article showing that powerlifters have a life inside and outside of the gym.

Thanks Guys!!!!!! My wife "FYREBUSH" told me to ask the "ANIMALS" for help, and you came through with flying colors.

I will address every suggestion promptly. Unfortunately, I cannot divulge my training program per-se. That is what makes me money by personal training clients, having guys come to my gym for one-on-one tutoring. But I can share some tidbits with the gang.

So stay tuned for some mind shredding articles that will make you drop everything and run to the gym and train like a "ANIMAL" !!!!

Thanks my friends. Please keep the suggestions coming.

Maybe do an article about the kind of diets powerlifters follow and how to lose weight fast for a meet.
