First off, that is one sick ass picture of a gorilla. You all are looking large out in Cali. Getting it done in the beautiful wetaher. Training looked intense, and lets face it we would expect nothing less. Rage u r looking large and def will do some serious damage at your show. Sucks you couldn't eat anything u wanetd on the cut but thta's what it takes. Food looked delicious though. Big ups and much repsect goes out to all my SoCal boys.

Rage was doing great bro...I met up with him since we don't live that far from each other and drove down and back together, got to chat with him a lot on the way. He is definitely looking huge and veins popping all over, he is going to be dialed in for sure. He had his cooler so hewouldn't miss a meal...he's on track and dedicated. The last time I saw him was at the Arnold and it was a huge difference...great guy and friend. That is what Animal is all about...
