These are for a bulk only, definately not for a cut. My dad gave me this recipe when he used to lift back in college in the 80's. I don't know if they had protein bars back then, but here is his creation.
1 box of Rice Crispy's whatever size you want
6 Bars of Hershey's chocolate
1/2 lb to 1 lb of Chocolate whey protien (use this much depending on how much rice crispy's you use)
1 jar of PB, again depending on how much rice crispy's you use and protien
Mix PB, Rice Crispy's, and Protein over a low heat in a big pot. The mixture should be sticky and not crumbly, if it is crumbly, add more PB, if it looks to sticky, add more Protein. After you got it all mixed to your liking, put it in a glass baking dish. Put the enough chocolate on it to cover every corner and edge of the dish. You might need more chocolate if you made more portions.
Pre-heat the oven to the lowest setting for bake and stick the pan in there. The only reason for this is to melt the chocolate. After the chocolate is successfully melted, run a butter knife over it to smooth the chocolate and to cover every creavice. Let cool for a hour or 2 and then cut and eat.
