I will be there now. My MRI came back showing that I have a torn rotator cuff. the rehab for that is about 3-4 months...
i put my surgery off until sept 15th.

I just got home from the ABC event at Bev's and it was a great time. Everyone was extremley cool. nice to meet you all. We had a great time eating together as well afterwards. Eric thanks for everything and it was a pleasure to meet you all. If any of you get to Long Island again please contact me. I will be interested in a Philly or anywhere in NJ ABC or any other event Animal is involved in so keep me in the loop please. Had a great time at the ABC yesterday, one of my favorite to date! Big Thanks to NG for his hospitality and chauffeuring from Shaolin to Bev’s.

Bevs gym was def cool..got to use some equipment I havent seen or used before...so happy they had my HS seated row..i have missed that piece of machinery! I dont have that at my gym. I kinda wished I hit legs cause she had some sick stuff in that leg section.

I had a great time at Bevs. Very cool gym no doubt. Long ass weekend for my GF and I but we both loved the adventure haha.
Al and McFly -- Thanks for the training session and for pushing me to go heavier and harder. Your both stand up down to earth great guys who anyone can learn alot from.

We got Bev Francis's Powerhouse Gym right in Syosset which is 20 minutes away from my town, and we got plenty of Gold's gyms spread across the island. Any ideas? I'd love to help set one up, so if anyone's a member at a Gold's or Bev Francis's in LI, shoot me a pm and we'll try to get something started. I'd set up an ABC at my gym, but it's a NY Sports Club, not really ideal for an Animal meet...
