Just want to start off by saying that is one sick ass video. Nice session everyone. Looked like some intense training. You guys are gonna have to save that poster and keep getting more and more people to your ABC and sign that poster. Best of luck to all of you in your future training.

thanks everyone. It was an awesome event and everyone was very helpful. I kept haveing problems with shoulder giving out. My chest was willing but half way pressing up and it was like my bi and delts just gave out and had no stabilization on my left side. Nick knows his shit he gave me a few tips that may help me out a great deal. Damn today I feel like I have a tree straped to the back of my arms LOL. It feels great. Enforcer, should I hold on to the banner then and get more signatures or go ahead and send it back to corporate? We had 8 people there at this one we shot for about 14.

It was most definatley awesome. That was Saturday and my chest and tris are still sore. Bis have healed up but we did tear it up in the gym. I am looking into when we can have the next one right now. I think I am going to try to keep them the 1st or 2nd saturday of the month. I would like to do one once a month if possible. I know summer months get busy for some tho.

First of all, congratulations on your first ABC meeting. Us Colorado Animals were in the same situation last month. It is great to see another ABC group emerge representing Animal!! Great pics and thanks for sharing them!!
