Hey brothers...just a quick question for you guys. I'm on a week off right now, but when I come back, I'm trying to decide if I should start my M-Stak first and then do a cycle of Cuts to lose a little fat before summer, or hit up the Cuts first, and then cycle the M-Stak. I understand that I can stack them together. Basically, I've gone from a dirty bulk all winter to a clean bulk now. I mean, I'm always trying to gain lean mass, but I just wanna trim up a lil and see what I've built over the winter, just not ready for a true, full cut if ya know what I mean. What do you guys think?

i've tried M-Stak before and it did help me lean up a lil, but since all Animal stuff was on sale at Vitamin Shoppe last month, I figured why not try a cycle of Cuts as well..I was kinda leaning towards M-Stak first. U-Rep, care to chime in on this one?

id say run cuts first lose a little bit of fat, then run m-stak and gain a some lean mass that why you should stay about the same weight on the scale

Interesting, hadn't heard about the leaning out effect of M-Stak. That's another reason for me to try a can out as I'm trying to trim down now. Not sure what in M-Stak would do that, except maybe for the stims. Although K-R-ALA and colosolic (corosolic?) acid are also supposed to have some good partitioning effects. Anyone have any thoughts?

I don't think it's "designed" to help lean you out, but it seemed to help a lil bit at least.

As always, the focal points are diet and training (including the possible addition of cardio). Assuming this is in order, yeah, you could run both, but as many know, my philosophy is to always go with less to start, rather than more.

You're a week off... A week off of what? A cycle?

agreed with U-rep... and I think he meant a cycle of m-stak

Gotcha. If that's the case, then you're switching something up--namely, going from a dirty bulk to a clean bulk. As this is gonna change, I'd stick to M-Stak first and let the diet do most of the heavy lifting. If you truly are on a bulk, I'd keep the cardio and the Cuts out of it for now.

i'm actually on a week off of lifting, just cardio this week and no supps other then pak. but i think when i get back to the iron next week i'll go with the m-stak and see how that works out, then look into doing the cuts if i need it. diet is doing pretty good along with usually 10 mins cardio after lifting.
