Hey guys, I am going into a bulk and read that Pak/Pump/Mstak is good. I also want to get Real Gains to add in those extra calories. The problem with getting those products is money. Im 18 so I dont really have high pay. Im lucky to get 400 a month. And with all these gas prices and getting food im almost always broke. Animal Pak I am buying no matter what... I was thinking maybe i should just get Pak & Pump, and then just save up for Mstak and Real Gains. For real gains I'd get atleast 2 tubs of it because their is only like 21 servings or so in the big one. Do you guys think i should just go with Pak / Pump, and if possible add M-Stak in aswell? Or get Pak/Pump and just 1 tub of RG? Appreciate any ideas.

You can always invest in the packs in the future bro. Get your solid foods in before going to packs.

If you eat more then a gram of protein per pound of body weight, you will get bigger. Eat atleast 1lb-1.5lbs of red meat a day. Sweet potatoes are a must too and rice is good also. I swear you will get bigger if you eat atleast two meat meals .75lbs to a pound of meat with a sweet potatoe. Get some oats and eggs for the morning. I like doing oats with some stonybrook organic yogurt with protein powder.

Eat nutrient dense meals containing high protein, quality carbs, and some fats are good too. You can get the cheap whey protein anywhere and just add peanut butter and fruits for extra calories and fats.

no need for m-stak at 18 especially if you're broke... first off, get the food down, that's what will make you grow

if you got that covered, get the pak and Real Gains... only then you can think about pump (which imo is more of a staple than m-stak)

if i was in your situation and was looking to put on some mass, i would get the pak and real gains first if i had to get some supps. those calories are most important for gains

X2. At your age you got hormones coming out of your ears. Eat big (wholefoods) and smart, train hard and rest plenty. Those are main ingredient for ANYone. If you can spare some money, i would advise buying Pak and RealGains. Forget about Pump and M-stack for now, in my opinion.

IMO, as many ppl already stated, eat lots of clean, dense foods and include to supplement with Pak,Pump and RG. M-Stak is a great supplement, but i think your $$ is better spent on a tub (or 2) on RG, especially since in order to get big, you need clean calories and RG will help along w/ your diet.
