I want to spend about 8-10 weeks on a cut. I'd like to loose at least 15 lb of fat and keep as much muscle as possible. I am sensetive to stims (but I can deal with them if necessary).

With that in mind, should I take Pak + Cuts or Pak + Cuts + M-Stak?

Also, I guess it worth asking how many calories should I be eating relative to my maintenance? The standard -500?

Would adding M-Stak help buffer any muscle loss from a low calorie (-500) diet?

Pak, Nitro, Cuts.

and a good healthy diet, and lots of cardio.

I'm allready taking BCAAs. Would taking Nitro instead be a big upgrade?

Also, I have Flax Oil. Again, would taking an EFA supplement be much better?

If missing a few aminos and fats won't hurt I'd rather finish the supplements I allready have.

My biggest concern is keeping muscle, since it was incredibly hard to put on...

(looks like M-Stak should be saved for a bulk then?)

nitro is just making sure you get your AAs (help keep muscle) and OMEGA has all the EFAs so you dont have to buy tons of bottles of pills...

As for your stimulant sensitivity issue....I heard that if you are sensitive to stimulants, you can remove a pill from Cuts. I don't know which one though.

The small brown one.

Anyways, I did the Lean Mass Stack #1

Goal:
For competitive lifters seeking to maintain mass and size while increasing deep cuts. This triple stack can help increase the anabolic drive and promote muscle size, overall conditioning, and a freaky “onion-skin” look.

Tools:
• Animal Pak
• Animal Cuts
• Animal M-Stak

Schedule:
Animal Pak 1 packs daily, with breakfast
Animal Cuts 2 packs daily, once in the morning before breakfast and another in the early afternoon, allowing for at least 3-4 hours between each pack
Animal M-Stak 1 pack daily, 30-45 minutes prior to training

Note:
Don’t take the Cuts and the M-Stak simultaneously, but stagger them. And always take the M-Stak before you lift. In other words, if you lift at 6pm, take the Cuts first thing in the morning, and again before lunch. Take the M-Stak at 5:15pm or so. But if you train in the morning, take the M-Stak before you lift, the first Cuts before lunch, and the second Cuts before dinner. Try to stagger the Cuts and the M-Stak at least 4 hours apart.

Tips:
When taking M-Stak by itself or in any combination, be sure to get at least a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. Let its “nutrition-partitioning” effects work for you. By taking in cleaner calories and cutting out the junk, this triple stack will work more effectively.

Thanks for the input guys. I ordered some Nitro and Omega.

From what I've been reading it seems they're both worth the money. I'll see how the results are in 2 months.

Phenom: That's the stack I was considering. Combined with a low-calorie but high protein diet. But I'm hungry as hell as it is, and I still need to cut at least another 600 calories...

No one has said anything incredibly positive about that stack, so I think I'll save the M-Stak for a bulk...

I just got off of a bulk with M-Stak, Pump, and Torrent, and Im about to start a cut using:
Pak
Stak
Cuts
Flex
Pump
Uni-Liver
Torrent

It's not an extreme cut, but I am looking to reduce body fat a few % points while gaining some lean mass. Just make sure your diet is in check and keep up with your cardio.

I take PUMP on my bulks but not on my cuts. Ya it's a "foundational supplement" with no cycling required, but I dunno... it's creatine. My doctor said even taking the same multivitamin for too long without breaks might cause a slight dependency or minor side effects.

For my cut I'll try:

Pak
Cuts
Flex
Nitro
Omega
(with extra BCAAs and Glutamine on the side)

Btw, is there any rule on how fast you can lower calories? I hear 300 a week is safe but that'll take me a month just to get to my goal... As it is I'm holding off on opening my Cuts until my caloric intake is lower.

On the flip side, going from a cut to a bulk (last year) I jacked up my calories by 500 a week to make the process go faster and 50% of my gains were fat in the first 2 weeks. I was really, really pissed off... So I'm being careful with calorie increasing/decreasing now.

Hey bro, I had better results dropping the pump with the cuts and throwing M-Stack in it's place. I lost ~10 pounds on cuts/pump..and I lost ~25 pounds on cuts and mstack. dropped the creatine altogether. To each their own I guess

I wonder why you lost so much more weight without the pump? Do you think you lost a lot of water weight, or some muscle?
