I'm gonna be starting my first can of Animal Stak next week and I was woundering if I should just just take it 45min pre-workout and Shock Therapy 30min pre. This is the same way I took M-Stak but was just woundering if this would work with Stak as well. Thanks for any help.

Thanks guys. My only problem now is that I ordered my Stak from Bodybuilding.com and was supposed to be here yesterday and if I track my order it says delivered but I didn't get it. I've already called Fed Ex about it and there supposed to get back in touch with me about it. So hopefuly it'll get here soon or my supplement schedual(spelling is gonna be thrown off.

Well I finally got my Animal Stak. Fed Ex Put it in my mail box and the mail man pick it up and I ended up having to pay an extra $4.80 to get my box from the post office. As for my thoughts on M-Stak I love it. The first can I went though I gained 3lbs and lost 2lbs on my and I gained 4lbs on my second can. And I weight 277lbs at about 30% body fat(just a guess) and I added 7lbs by taking in less than 10 cals per pound of body weight. Like my carb intake is around one gram per pound of body weight. I would love to see what M-Stak would do if I would be on a real mass gaining diet, I'm still working my diet out.

So I started taking Stak today it seemed like I had more energy but that may just have been a mind trick but other than that I didn't notice any thing. My starting weight is 277, this may be off because I tried to weigh tonight at my gym but no matter what I did I could not get the scale to read. Either I had the weight to high or they readjusted the scales and now it's reading lighter. So I'll try again tomarrow to weigh and give a better starting weight.

Well I re-weighed today and came it 5lbs lighter at 272, my dad who is my training partner also weighed about 5lbs lighter. So we both think that they finaly recalibrated the scale at our gym. Because I just don't see how I lost 5lbs over the weekend when my diet never was lacking in anything and if anything I took in a little more food. I'm sure my weight would have been down a little because my water intake was a little low Saturday morning but I fixed that that evening. Again I felt like I had more energy so I starting to believe that Stak is giving me more energy. So far I'm liking it. And overall I'm loving Universal/Animal products.

So far I'm really liking Stak. My weights on a few exercises has went up and I gained one pound between Tuesday and Friday. I know the one pound difference in weight could just be water weight but it's still something to note. I was most surprised with my milttary press weight. Last week 90lbs was getting tough at the 10 rep mark but this week I did 100lbs for 10 reps and probly could have did at least 110 for 10 good reps.
