I have learned alot from these Animals. Erik "The House" helped me with my posing the week before my first show and has given me and the other Ohio and PA animals alot of knowledge through our ABCs. I also took my diet from Ox for my pre-contest, along with the help of Toni. This diet helped me get from 207 to 172 in 12 weeks and come in really lean for my show. Without these guys I would have been hard pressed to even step up on stage.

I have the poster already in my office and another one in my weight room. I personally learned a lot from House. Especially when it comes to dieting and squatting. He has given me countless pointers on both topics. I was able to go from 215 squat to a 395 squat with his tips. As the FORVM goes. I have gained endless knowledge from here. From dieting for bulk to cutting. Proper lifting techniques to whole knew routines. It has helped me go from a 200lb bench to a 315 bench in less then a 6 months. Not to mention add some serious size and muscle. Im on the path to the freak side. I dont know where i woudl be with out it. The info in the FORVM is by far the most valuable on the planet. I would be honored to have the poster authographed by those 3 (im my eyes heros for me).
I personally learned some helpful leg tips from House, Dieting by Evan at the cage, but havent really got to talk to Wrath to learn some helpful tips yet.
For sure I want one of these bad boys.
I love the motivation I get pre-workout by looking at and reading the few Animal posters I already have. I've gleaned so much info from Wrath's Journey and from reading articles and posts from OX and The House that I feel a large part of the progress I have made is due to the info these brothers of the iron have shared.
To get an autographed copy of this bad boy would rock. It will go in my gym right next to the other one's I own. My son loves the Animal stuff. He got a copy of the AOM at the DE ABC and also wants some posters for himself. He'd love looking at this one hanging in our gym to fire us up before a workout.
Thanks for another great opportunity to score awesome Animal products Universal. You guys rock!

I'm definitely in for this. I cherish autographed items. I got Polanco and Zumaya autographed Tigers baseballs, but that wouldn't be anything compared to a picture signed by the professional animals.
Ok I`m in U-REP.
I have the Animal DVDs with Wrath, learnt some good tips on exercise execution as well as some serious motivation form these.
I look in on The guys pro pages and catch up with whats going on with them, read all the articles, learned some serious calf training tips.
I have learned a lot from Tiny and Vinny too, some good advice from forum members.
There are some good genuine people on this forum and we all get on well.
I`m here to stay, love Animal and all it stands for, if we didn`t have an ABC rep already in England I`d be requesting to become one.
I `d like one please, what do I do next?

I currently have the poster hung in my office. The one I have now would move on to somewhere in my home, and I would hang the autographed poster here at work (since I am here mostly anyway..LOL)
I don't even know where to begin to cover what I have learned in my time on this Forvm, or from these guys and the great company behind them. Reading through and asking questions in their threads as opened up new doors for me that I never even imagined I could walk through. It's inspired my current journey to be "That Guy" (see journey). Just the diet knowledge alone from OX has enabled me and others to notice that I not only just workout, but that I bodybuild.
I am truely inspired every day that I log into this Forvm, by the members and comaraderie, to the company we support and that gives back so much to us.
Good luck to everyone.

"Any time of day is fine. Just keep in mind that if you take any fiber supps such as metamucil or any high fiber foods such as oatmeal etc, do not take your Animal Omegas or other EFAs at that time. Fiber can become very viscous and pull EFAs and many other supps and medications through your stomach and intestines without being absorbed. I would take the at least one hour before or 3 hours after fiber supplementation or VERY high fiber foods. If the food your are eating has some natural fiber don't sweat it. Otherwise any time of day is fine."
This info has greatly helped me get the MOST out of this supplemement.
From U-Rep I've learned the value of patience... *L*
And from all of you, I've learned what it's like to be part of a brotherhood...

Damn. I had the honor to meet House and OX at the first Philly gathering in 2007.
I was psyched up for the ABC for a while but I didn't really know what to expect. G Diesel encouraged me to come out, Big Ant was psyched up to be there, and Big Al even challenged me to work legs with him and McFly. When I showed up, I walked into this dirty, old, nostalgic gym - BODY WORLD - and when I popped my head through the rustic door, I saw the biggest effin' back I've ever seen. I was like, oh shit, who is THIS. Then, Evan turned around and was just like, "hey man, what's up? I'm evan!". I was blown away, I had no idea a pro would be so down to earth. I thought pro bodybuilders were mythical creatures, he was not the stereotypical bodybuilder at all. He knew who I was from the forum and was pumped I was there - we even chatted it up about his upcoming Nationals while people were arriving, just like good friends.
Evan really gave me the confidence and all the advice I ever needed in deciding to do my first body building show which I am currently prepping for right now. He told me I could do it, and he had all the confidence in the world in telling me so - he answered all the questions I had at the ABC, he even checked in with me on the forum a few times. He taught me that people can do anything they put their mind to.
But the day didn't stop there.
Erik showed up, I was even more blown away! We got to talking and he taught me a very important life lesson that I know we all know he's all about. FAMILY. Erik had nothing to say but amazing things about his lovely wife, and his son X. He just told me, I do this for me, but it comes last. I work crazy hours and get no sleep and do what I have to do because of my support system - my family. He taught me that no matter how hard it gets, you always have your family to support you, and a real man will do anything and everthing and stop at nothing to give them the life they deserve.
You can take a look back at the pictures from the ABC where I met House and Ox and see how down to earth they were - they acted like anyone else would - like they were once of us. And to sum all this up - the reason why those two (and Wrath) are so successful is that they are, in fact one of us.
When you complement OX or HOUSE all they do is turn it around into something not about bodybuilding - they're modest, they're practically shy about it. You say, "nice calves" to HOUSE and he'll tell you how his son's calves are almost as big as his... you say "you look sick" to evan and he'll tell you that what he's achieved is nothing you can't. These guys are one of US and I know that everyone here whose met these guys can say the same.
I'd love to have one.
I've yet to see this, but I'd be more than happy to hang one up in the gym or the personal training studio.... Lets DO it!

Right here goes..... this may sound the typical answer but before i found ANIMAL i was pretty lost with my training, thought it was good to spend 2/3 hours in the gym everyday with no or limited rest days. My diet was terrible, having a cheat meal was a day to day thing for me, which obviously resulted in my hours in the gym being pointless.
Anyway i finally heard about Animal Pak and so logged on to read about the products and ended up spending all night reading through the FORVM posts! After reading i finally decided to join in the discussion and never felt like i couldn't ask anything, and always got a helpful response. Without finding ANIMAL i reckon id still be wasting my time and money in the gym!
Seeing input from the pro's on the FORVM and reading about their stories and journeys to get where they are is real motivation and keeps wanting to better myself everyday, having the poster would mean i would get this motivation everyday when i looked at it, and would be a good start to the day!!
Evan has inspired me the most out of the three...being a former fat kid like I used to be was a big motivation for me to get onstage this past spring (and again this upcoming fall)...I have learned so much from him about nutrition and contest prep and I know I will continue to do so by reading his Q & A thread

How could i choose between them?
House
First took notice of House when i see his Irv Gelb shoot, where he's working out in his 'Panther Pride T', has mean stubble and a bad look in his eye. Love those pics. He's a laid back (socially) family man, with his heart and eyes set on his goals, which he always makes. He's real, you can see that in the way he talks on here and has banter with his ABC chapter brothers. He's young and has a great future ahead of him an is an inspiration to all.
Ox
A wealth of knowledge in both the training and dieting aspects of the sport. Has given so much to the way people approach their diet, dieting and has also brought to the fore the essentialness of EFA's. Who here could seriously admit that before Ox brought EFA's into the equation, that they were as big a part of the diet and supplementational regime as protein and amino acids?
Also i purchased the May issue of Flex over here in the hope of getting the poster, but the Uk issue had no such thing. If i won, it would adorn my bedroom wall.........and maybe push my Rose Byrne poster outta the way.
Plus this is open to the Uk, how many promo's are we ever eligible for? Zilch!, so im taking my chance here whilst the goings good.

I've learned that the only person who you should compete against is yourself. Overcoming yourself is the hardest battle won. I learned thru Ox how a planned nutrition diet approach with no carbs will get you leaner and harder than any other diet. I learned thru House how it doesn't matter how many obstacles are in your way you can still acheive your goals and come out on top, the man was sleeping 5 hours a week, working full time and was a fully commited father and husband and still acheived his goal of getting his pro card. Thru Wrath I learned to never give up, even when you feel weak..beaten down....and exhausted believe in yourself and stick to your plan and you will come out on top, and also to be an ANIMAL in the gym, his focus and determination during his workouts is unmatched.
From this forvm.....I learned that a brotherhood could be formed, united with 1,000's of people sharing the same drive....goals...and commitment that I have myself to better themselves and to help others as much as possible. All of you guys here have taught me more than just nutrition, training and supplementation. You taught me how to be the best I can be, to not give up, to not give in and to wake up every morning with one thing on my mind, to acheive my goals. And that my friends is the greatest prize of all!
Gotta go with Wrath on this one. Why? Probably because of The Journey. For starters, The Journey is filled with motivation, inspiration, and some sick pictures. This big ass mofo taught me through simple words what it means to "hang on". My absolute favorite fucking article of all time @ animalpak.com is Journey week 11 log 1 "Hold On". That one simple log pretty much is a chronical of my life. His words of wisdom have seeped into the fibre of my being. His words have so much power in them because the power comes from the man behind them.
"This great journey begins with a step... Even if that step is nothing more than learning how to hold on..."
I thought to myself, I know how to hold on, to be steadfast, to give no less than 100%, and I know to never give up or settle for second best, but to grab that motherfucker by the balls and proclaim it as my own.
All the Animals @ animalpak.com have influenced and motivated me to become the best, but "Hold On" set the tempo to which I still beat to this day. Greatest fucking piece of Animal Literature.

I have really learned a lot from Ox. I knew that EFA were important, but Ox helped me see how important they really are. He made me see that without a good foundation, building muscle is hard. Plus for being a pro, he is a super nice guy. Anytime anyone would ask him a question, he would answer it with hesitation. All i can say is that Ox is a great pro, and an even better person.

I've never had an experience with House or Wrath so I'll write about mine with Ox. He's been a regular attender of our Connecticut ABC's and I've seen him a few times at his home gym, Gold's, which I go to use their specialty squat bars and reverse hyper. One morning I was doing a particularly tough exercise, cambered bar free squats, so I was looking around the gym for someone to give me a spot. Evan generously offered me a spot on my first heavy set of 385. He was awesome, had me ripping, and after the set he pointed out a foot placement issue of mine that would help with my next set. Next set I was going under 405. He gave me a hard smack on the back and without even saying, his presence just told me "you better move this shit motherfucker." Although I'm a powerlifter seeing someone of that ungodly size and strength is so motivating in itself that I felt like I could squat a fuckin' grand that day. I originally planned for a single but got the first one so fast that he said "gimme another" and hell I got it. I believe it was having him spotting me and not the average joe that I got those two reps that day and posted a huge PR. Even more importantly, the respect and dignity that he treats all of his fans with, including myself, and the level of humility that he has when he's doing so well is amazing. It's really inspiring to see a guy like Evan take time out of his workout to coach me, spot me, hell even just shake my hand. He's more than a quality dude and I'd like to have that motivation I had with him that Saturday morning every time I get under the bar.

you are a very foruante guy...
i wish i read flex cus that woulda been nice.. alass im an MD man. evans new nick name apears to be national hero.. it was just something cachty but it reminded me of how much i look up to him and frank mcgrath.. and not because there the biggest and best out there today imo. they give a young guy like me a person to look up to and not just a body.. to me they are the true embasseders of the sport, the young, thriving, successful, but down to earth bodybuilders of a new generation.. they are the arnolds of our time. i write this as if i know them and i feel through what i read and here and see i do in a way. i watched an interveiw from a long while back of evan and found out hees also a title searcher same as my dad.. and thats just common i mean obviously he has a day job.. but it made me realize.. this guy is real. he has his own dreams and things to become, he doesnt beleive hees super man just because his fans might. it really brought him down to earth for me. In reading wraths journey.. i became a bodybuilder, he made clear to me soo many things that i felt but did not know how to articulate. his journey was the same journey each of us have.
Ive been ranting but i honestly cannot say enough about these guys and what they give young athletes like myself... on second thought, role model, inspiration, hero, leader, real.
they give me someone to look up to in bodybuilding like a hockey fan looks up to alex ovechkin. they can admire the success and the fame, but also the hard work and dedication, the love of what they do and the constant drive to be something greater.
thanks boys.

This is awesome I would love one of these posters
i can relate, and many of other animals out there can too, to the words that wrath speaks thru the journey. its so amazing how this fellow goes though all this, pain and sacrifice, to find out that its not the end of the journey, its just one of many to become. i leaned that it takes guts to make it through, people get caught up in all the crap this world offers you. but Animal, gives it to you straight up, no posers allowed, i fucking love that. Animal is a place where only the strong survive. Its a place where i can ask questions, and if i fall and get crushed by these unforgiving weights, i just have to shake it the fuck off and get back up and try again. I leared what is to train the right way, the smart way, the Animal way.Dieting wasnt really wat i thought it was, until i looked thru the pages of the FORVM, and with all the Pros here to lend us advise in any question they have the knowlegde to answer, and their infinite wisdom in training, dieting, and living like an Animal. I've learned that the best thing to do is to stay MOTIVATED. and everysingle time i look in the FORVM, there is not a time where i can go and look and NOT BE MOTIVATED, just by looking at the awesome pictures of Wrath, House or Ox, its motivating to see these young guys be what they are today, and to see what they will become with a great foundation behind them. this poster could definitly be used here thers plenty of space in the wall, i heard it was a big poster.

One of the most influencing things I have gotten from the animal line and Wrath by reading his journey is the attitude... To never stop, you only short yourself in the end.... All of us know the proper steps that it takes to get to where were going we just get lost along the way.... Everytime I get lost and forget why I live the lifestyle I live. I pick up the journey thumb through it and take it all in.... Like wrath said " Life is hard, it chews you up and spits you out, But fuck that deal with it." Its that simple and that small excerpt gives me the push to stay focused..... Wrath is a great role model and has influenced my life
thanks

This would be the perfect thing for me because i truely living the hardcore lifestyle. Wrath taught me the true meaning of hardcore living through his JOURNEY entries, and now his JOURNEY booklet. His ads in magazines is what got me to start comming to this site, and his motivation helped me get my life back in order. Through his words about bodybuilding and life, i began my path of being the animal that i am. Wrath is by far the greatest motivation i have to suceed and compete. His dieting made me start mine and now i live my life by the "im not gonna puke". House made me start focusing on my legs beacuse his set of wheels stand out in any crowd. Ox's humble writings help my always to remember where i came, even when i blow up and start competeing. Each one of these men help my stay on my journey to the top!!

These 3 guys have all in some way had an influence over the way i go about my bodybuilding and aspects of life in general. House has been a great example of what it is to balance a growing career and a family, and that it is important to really prioritize the things that need the most attention... Ox's articles and thread has helped me with my current cut, but also his article 'team work' really made me evaluate the people i have around me and how important these people are. And what can be said about Wrath? He was the one who got me addicted to this site, the one who said that its ok to be a little selfish from time to time and the one who said to cut away the excess fat from your life. He has taught me more in the last couple of years than i could have learned from others in 5...
SSSWWEEEEEETTT!!! I don't know if there has ever been a bad promo put out by Animal/Universal. They only seem to get better and better. An autographed "Young Gunz" poster would be an awesome motivational piece to look at before each and every w/o. I could really go into detail about what I've learned from Wrath, House, Ox, and Animal but I'll try to be brief.
Wrath - Through "The Journey" I was able to learn of and see what it's like to be a bodybuilder at his level. It helped me see desire, motivation, discipline, and many other characteristics of life in a whole new way.
House - One phrase burns in my mind when I think of Erik, "You are your maker". I had the privelage of meeting House at a Pittsburgh ABC and it was truely an honor. It was also great to see that even the big guys have a sense of humor. He keeps it real no matter where he's at, I respect that.
Ox - Showed me and many of us here a completely different look into dieting. I had never heard of the Keto diet and the importance of Omegas in the diet until Ox came along. Plus it's been a huge motivation for me seeing where he came from as a child to where he's at now b/c I too was the fat kid growing up, and still am, but looking at him gives me that extra boost of motivation.
Animal - man, where do I start. To sum it up, since I found this site and company my knowledge of bodybuilding has increased 10 fold and I've finally found supplements that don't fill my body with additives and fillers, but give it what it needs to become bigger and better. I can't believe I went so long without knowing about Animal Pak!! As long as I'm pumping iron Animal/Universal will be where I go to get what my body needs, no questions asked.

Evan has been a huge inspiration to me ever since he came on the scene, not just with what he's accomplished but how he's conducted himself. He was also the first amateur to really make a big impact in a long time, and to get a big time supplement deal and magazine contract; he gave me the impetus to really chase my dreams and believe in myself. And it payed off, I ended up scoring a contract with Muscletech. I sent him a PM on the Muscular Development forums thanking him for essentially being him, and here was his reply:
Re: I will definitely see you at the Arnold now!

That's awesome news buddy conratulations. How's that feel? I can tell you're pumped and you should be. That's really exciting. I'm glad to know I was an inpiration or that I helped motivate you in some way. I think the biggest mistake people make is thinking that something is out of their reach when it may actually be very attainable. No one (assuming they are looking at a situation with clear sight and with objectivity) should ever think they are not good enough to do something or that someone else is better than them. Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of guys in the sport whom I think are delussional and think they should be a pro and they're so much better than everyone else or that they are always getting screwed etc etc. But I have met an equal # of guys who don't think they have the potential or think that everyone else is so much better than them when in fact it is the farthest thing from the truth. Never sell yourself short. If these other guys can do it so can you. See you at the Arnold bro. Congratulations again. You should be very proud of yourself. I really look forward to meeting you. Peace.
Evan
I'm comfortable saying Evan is a hero of mine. Hell, he's also the reason I joined the animal forum in the first place. So i guess you could say he helped me learn to believe in myself.

I didn't get a chance to pick up that issue of Flex so here's why I want this poster...
Evan Centopani is one of my biggest role models. We had very similar childhoods from the sounds of it...growing up obese then losing the weight totally wrong, only to realize "skinny" is not what we wanted. I one day hope to be as great as Evan and strongly believe we will see him win the Olympia within a few years. He is a great bodybuilder and after having met him multiple times in person, I can say a great guy as well. The Animal "crew" is by far my favorite, starting with Wrath when I first stumbled across the journey two years ago. I admire all of their physiques more so than any other guys currently in the sport. Having this poster would be awesome; it'd get framed and hung in my room for all to see.

I never had the chance to meet any of these pros unfortunately. But I sure remember the first time I opened up that issue of Flex magazine back in Iraq 2006, lost in the words of the Animal promo. I was like who is this huge beast, this animal. I was hooked. It was none other than the man himself, Wrath. When I got free time to go to the internet center, I immediately went to the website and read this mans journey. It was amazing. It motivated me like nothing else. I knew of bodybuilding, and how to lift. At least i thought i did. Wrath set me on track. His journey started my journey and he doesnt even know it.
And for me and my journey....its only just begun.

I have learned more information from this site within a couple of months than I had previously learned in nearly three years of internet wandering...Before this site, I had never, I mean NEVER considered counting macros and fine-tuning a diet. I now know the importance of diet and keep close counts on my macros at all times. I even plan on giving keto a shot in the near future based specifically on Ox's recommendations. I also used to train blindly. I would work whatever I felt like (usually arms), and not pay attention to form, rep/set schemes or anything. I now keep everything journaled and work on progression. I would say the most important thing I have learned from this site is community. I used to think all bodybuilders were egotists and jerks to everyone that wasnt as big as they were, but if there is anything I have learned from ANIMAL, we are all in this together. Everyone is here for one another. It is amazing that these three pros, not to mention all of the other wonderful ANIMALS on here can take time out of their busy lives and pass on such valuable knowledge to the rest of us. It is this genuine love for the iron shown by all ANIMALS here that not only have I learned, but keeps me coming back day after day.

Ox - A new way to diet for the carb sensitive people, i.e. me. The importance of EAAs and EFAs
Wrath - The lifestyle and sacrifices one makes for bodybuilding through his words in his journey.
House - How to make it lifting fun (since I had the honor to meet him at a ABC), how to put family first above all.
From all three - True dedication, sacrafice, and determination it takes to be an great human beings and representatives of this sport. They provide me inspiration to do what I do and to know that they are training right there with me everyday. Thank you, and you are all the definition of TRUE ANIMALS......nothing but respect to all three...

The young gunz poster would be sick to go in my room. Wraths back video is sick along with all the journey adds I have also picked up MD when ever I have seen OX on the front cover Animal is off the hook and the forum is great inspiration

I definitely want one of these, that poster sounds badass... Too bad I don't read flex. Anyway I have learned 90% of what I know about bodybuilding from animal. It has been a great source of knowledge and motivation for me. Since I found animal and became motivated to lift I have gone from 115 lbs and able to bench 65 lbs for 5 or so reps to 180 lbs and crankin out 205 or so for the same # of reps. I should be far ahead of that by now but sometimes I lose the course for months at a time, and the thing that always gets me motivated again is animal. I never plan to compete in bodybuilding but I have found a great "hobby" in it that promotes my living a healthy lifestyle, thank you animal for this and for teaching me how to take control of my body and my life. It truly is an amazing thing when you see your body changing for the better and know exactly how you made it happen.

When I first got into weightlifting/bodybuilding I used to go to other sites and such, but after awhile I got tired of them and found the FORVM and now it is the only one I trust now and visit everday to see what is new in the trenches. That was 9 months ago and in those 9 months I have put on 27lbs with 10%bf so I went from 168 to 195. The tough times I have had or the days were i just wanted to bash my head up a wall cause the chicken breast were getting crappy but coming to the FORVM and reading all the articles on here keeps my eye on the prize at the end of the day.
I have all the Wrath DVDs they are my true inspiration, when i was new to the scene I saw a picture of Wrath throwing around a dumbell and I was blown away thats what got me to go hardcore. I now take all the ANIMAL adds in the mags and hang them all over my room, and just bought the journey, so having something from the Young Gunz would be just freakin crazy.

The Animal Owners Manual, the site's articles, and the Forvm pretty much shaped my weightlifting and training routine into what it is today. Without these three, I'd still be lost and unmotivated.
I was fortunate enough to get a hold of a AOM and read through it, taking tips and advice from every page. The book showed me great routines and the principle of training one body part per day. Before that, I was doing the fad exercise routines (bench, leg press, abs in one day.. haha yeah I know) but now I know how to train properly and succeed in the gym. The book also had great in dept discussion on the Animal line of supplements and what is and isn't for me. Being 17 (18 now) I thought the 'magical pills' existed. While the Pak and all the other products in the line are quiet amazing, the true work gets done in the gym. The AOM did a good job of putting emphasis on training as well as the supps. Got my mind real clear of what to take and do.
The articles on AnimalPak really helped keep my motivation up. I remember when The Journey was first starting and each weekly progress (filled with sagely motivation) was anticipated by me. Those combined with the other articles helped me develop the 'leave the ego at the door' attitude. Wrath's, House's, Machine's.... everyone's advice helped shape my mindset that the iron isn't about how much you put up to impress someone; it's about you and yourself only, nothing else. Seeing professionals with that mindset really drove the point home. If they could do it then I should. Hell... they are 3x bigger than me yet they still keep their mouths shut and go to the gym for one reason; to train.
If the AOM and the articles are my Bible, then the Forvm is my Bible study. This place has so much additional information, thoughts, motivational stories, funny situations (worse thing in my gym thread), logs, supp discussion....and the list goes on. It's amazing. The Forvm showed me that average Joes like me can also be apart of the Animal lifestyle. Each person here has their own distinct personality, routines, supp regiment, etc. It's cool to see how the other man lives and struggles just as I do. And to boot, it's a great place to ask any lifting question. Because of the Forvm, I started squats and developed a deep love for them. Leg day is my favorite day now :-o
Everything Animal has done has helped shape and form who I am now. Without Animal, I wouldn't have taken weightlifting seriously, and without that, I wouldn't have met the certain people I have. The direction Animal has put me in my life is somewhere I have always wanted to go.

Those three have contributed so much to so many people it is unexplanable and could go on for days. The one thing sticks out from reading posts, watching video clips,Animal DVD's, reading interviews in magazines etc.this by far, for me is the most important.
Although I have never met them and probably never get the chance it sticks out to me that these guys are good people. The sport of bodybuilding definetly has its demons and continues to fight to gain recognition. In my opinion the sport will continue to grow and succeed simply because of guys like this, bodybuilding is lucky to have them.
It may not be as apparent to some, but to me its bigger then their muscle ever will be.
Shit where do i start i think i have learned something from all of them lets start with Wraith from the journey keeping me reading every week for something new to keep going even though sometimes life gets fucking rough man you get in there and make it happen and fuck he is on the animal dvds those motivate the shit out of me to get in there and break some skulls i mean weights ya. ok then there is OX man reading his articles in MD and his posts on here he is a wealth of knowledege from him i tried the skullcurshers with a staright bar all the way to the top of the head and when i didnt have a parter for close grip bench i would do his staright barh pushdown that simulated the same movment. From house I learned you can be a family man and still bodybuild. you can take care of family and still pay dues in the gym. All these men have tought me to go for it no matter what and achive my goals that is it for me now its time to go hit some weight. peace

That poster will look ill in my garage gym. Through the war and down from flesh and metal I will represent it. I pump iron each and everyday not to fathom that I will be bigger than I was yesterday and smaller than I will be tomorrow. The poster will give me the inspiration on top of my Animal supplements to transcend above my goals and reach Animal Status everytime. I learned through Wrath's words in the new Journey that in order for you to reach your goals you must beat mediocrity down and doubt the naysayers. This helped me alot, my doubters and naysayers have come out of the woodwork like crazy. I will become a beast and the hungriest individual of the pack, never to push my ego farther than the cliff, but to boost my self motivation. This will continue with me till the day I lay down and die.........never will that day come because I will always be stronger than what my mind tells me. House has also led me to develope some crazy calves that I have never had before. They may be small but they are chiseled like fuck and House your calves inspired me to build legs...I mean like big wheels. Ox, your just a true inspiration there in the open, your speech and advice gets my testosterone flowing into my muscles and makes me drool for more iron warfare. I fear nothing, nothing my brothers, and with this poster, it will inspire me more than any man has done. It will create a mind of it's own for me. I desire to achieve............what the mainstream envy. It will help me prove it to others that my innerself is composed of a rampaging fucking Animal.

Through this Forvm as well as through these icos I have learned a tremendous ammount. I started at 175 and have ended up at 215. I have added alot of muscle and continue to make gains and progress in my personal goals. It all started with animal pak then the forvm. I purchased the arms and chest DVD 6 months ago and I have been hooked to wrath ever since. His videos have shown me the correct form in doing my lifts. Since then I have noticed inceases in all of my lifts and continue to progress. I was one of the fortunate ones to win Wraths Journey book and I can honestly say I have read it over 10 times from front to back. He deals with issues of personal life to diet and training. He is really an inspiration to me and I would be honored to have this poster. What I ave experienced in my personal journey is both perfect clarity and blurry vision. You keep pressing forward and keep making gains. Animal and the forvm are there through thick and thin. Thank god for this place!

The knoweldge these 3 men have regarding every aspect of animal is truly unbelieveable. House's words on always switching up the training, just a grip, a turn on the hand, anything can hit the muscle differently. Without that I don't think the development I have been able to achieve would have been possible. Wrath, Well fuck...it's wrath man, watch any animal video and that's inspiration enough... There is no complaining, no bitching, just hard work man and that's what he's about and what I strive to get to. Ox, this man has started a ketogenic diet revolution and doesn't even know it...I've been in the game for a little while, not long enough to know anything, but the ketogenic diet was RARELY ever talked about...All of a sudden when it put the nastiest super heavyweight the NPC had seen on stage some people said..."shit, this stuff might work..." So these men know how to reach the top and bring everybody around them to the next level... Poster or not, Thanks guys....

I have always been an animal in the making but wraths journey tipped me over the edge. The lifestyle he portrays and the manner he goes about it was purely inspirational to me.
I have always enjoyed lifting weights but didnt know where i really fit in. Wraths journey showed me a path I would love to follow for the rest of my life. It exposed the challenges i would face and helped me prepare myself for them.
I learnt about dedication and commitment. I learnt that what i considered big eating was pathetic. I learnt that real gains come with blood, sweat, vomit, time and tears.
I have had no naysayers that wrath speaks about but I have had myself and thats what was holding me back. My own lack of belief in myself stopped me from reaching for my dreams but wrath slapped me in my wussy face and said man up, eat steak, eat potatoes and put in the effort you need to be the animal you want to be.
To me the words from these pros mouths are like gospel that i spread to my people. I like to run my small home gym the same way animal treat everything they do. With a no bullshit attitude where everyone is treated equal and no less than 100% effort is expected everytime.
From watching Wraths Back video I have learned that don't fear the wrist straps, they do nothing but add the mass. I used to be a firm believer in if I can not hold it, then don't lift it, but seeing Wrath use the straps and they trying it for myself and finding out that I can lift about 30% more weight and get consistantly better soreness from it, I will never again go back to no straps on back days.
I also learned that moving your compound exercise to the middle or then end of your workout after all of the isolation exercises has provided me with much more mass and a nice number increase as well. Thanks for making the video.
Heck yeah - I'd love one for my wall in my garage/gym. Hell - I'll even frame that bad boy since its signed!!!!
Let me know what to do next!

I can not narrow down my drive to become a better person by the way of the iron to anyone of the 3 individually. I am new at this sport. It instead is all of the Animals, these 3 are some of the best at what they do. I do what I can to read each and every single word they put down within their articles. I have pictures of House every where as he is what I aspire to be like. I understand genetics and hard work play a role, but that doesn’t mean I have to sit in the shadows and watch other Animals take what these men say and use it to their advantage.
I have gained some weight within my time of lifting, and when I am down and feel I will be nothing, and maybe this is not for me, I log into the FORVM, and read their post, or articles and overcome with confidence and self respect. These men keep me going. They are like lifting partners. No they do not provide me a spot, instead they provide me moral encouragement.
I follow the journals, yet don’t comment. I less just use my silence to absorb what they have to say. In my opinion they are the teacher and I am the student, therefore I just listen and show respect.
One day I will meet these men in person at the cage, and that will be a great day.

Great promo, Lets see I have probably learned the most from OX, I have used his dieting techniques and lost over 60lbs and 20% bf it has honestly changed my life there will never be a way to show Evan how he has changed my life or how thankfull I am for his help. Wrath has helped me tremendously simply because he is the reson I came here to the forum in the 1st place his pictures truley inspired me, I also got a copy of the journey book and everytime I need motivation I pick it up and give it a read. The House's in the trenches video on mdtv took my leg training to a new level... all in all each of the "young gunz" have had a hand in changing my life for the better.

These three guys have been an inspiration. Wrath, when I first came to this site, I stumbled upon his journey, giving me my first impression of Animal. To me, he was the original poster child of animal. His "journey" and pictures have been an inspiration to me. The next guy, Ox, I saw him in an issue of MD, and was very impressed. Then shortly after that, Ox, started posting on the forvm. His advice has revolutionized my arm training, and his tips on nutrition have been extremely beneficial. My triceps are already growing thanks to him. The House's advice on legs, has made me re-think my entire leg routine. I have always been gifted with good calves, and with some of his tips, they are already transforming. I have been using Animal products for nine months now, and since i started I have put on close to 10 pounds of muscle. These three "young guns" are the embodiment of Animal. All three have proportional and aesthetic physiques, and have given me the inspiration and tips I needed to be an Animal myself.

I'm 16 years old. I was the NY ABC this last saturday and Ox showed up for the meal after everybody worked out. It was a jaw dropping moment when he walked in with his arms about to rip through his shirt. Me and the guy next to me (Callme47) were both awed especially by his forearms which just begged to be stared at. I just think about all the grueling nights and mornings in the gym (thank you Mr. Ferrigno) that it took for him to get those amazing pieces of machinery that he passes as human tissue. I only wish that I was at the other end of the table so that I could be forced to talk to him. I've shaken hands with Kai Greene, Bob Cicherillo, Chris Cormier, Darrem Charles, and other pros, but that meal I had a conversation with BigAnt and I just kept hearing Ox, PJ, and the other animals laughing and talking shop. Never before have I been so close to three amazing and big guys. I'm 16 years old and in that meal I learned, saw, and experienced something that was just a big blaring siren in my head screaming "GET THERE! GET THERE!" Now, this is just me talking about Ox.
Erik Fankhouser. Holy freaking GOD. Those legs?! Nothing has made me realize how much my hamstrings are lagging until I saw those legs...damn. Just the other day I was on MDTV just watching his leg training video. Which reminds me, I need to try Storm during my workouts. I was on youtube a couple weeks ago watching him do 135 pound front raises. Thats just ridiculous in my mind. And theres the fact that he has a supercool family. From Xavier doing his morning cardio (haha, that video made me laugh) to the Landlord. Seems like he's got something that I hope to match, if that, in my future. He's got it good both in and outside of the gym.
Wrath. Frank Mcgrath. Now, he started the real "Animal" psychology in my mind. Its his posters that I already have ringing my room. Its his Journey that i first read. Its him in the DVD's. Its his name that I have made synonymous with "hardcore" and "Animal." in my own home. Whenever I watch a bodybuilding DVD, my mother is always asking "is that Animal?"
I am not eligible to win most of your promos. I love Animal. I love bodybuilding. I have gained so much from this. From the Pak, to the Forvm, BigAnt, and all the way round to the ABC's, I firmly strive to be Animal.

This is a no brainer for me URep. These guys take their personal time to come on this kick ass website to help all of us out. The words of wisdom and motivation that they provide each and everyone of us is immeasurable. For that we are all in their debt. I would love to have one of these autographed posters. If I am not lucky enough to get one, so be it. I will forever follow in their foot steps as an Animal either way.

I learned from Wrath via the Journey everything there is to know about bodybuilding. The dedication, sacrifice, and hard work it takes to compete...His words remind me almost daily as I read my journey book on the treadmill. If it weren't for Wrath I wouldn't be where I am right now, which is 5 weeks 5 days out from my first show on June 21st. I have the poster set as my computer background right now and I would love to get my hands on a poster version that would go along nicely with my Journey poster of Wrath in the gym at 4:27AM.
gotta say my man house tought me how to eat. How to put together a solid eatting program...That is my dog and I owe most of my knowledge to him when it comes to that subject...

Wrath/Frank was one of the first reasons I really ever got into this sport.. It started out as me needing help, and looking around for a place to ask some questions.. I ended up seeing a video of Wrath on youtube and he was instantly an inspiration.. I ended up coming here and reading his journey, and that really fueled the fire.. After that I ended up getting involved in the forvm.. I got some tips, saw results and I was instantly hooked.. Not to sound cheesy, but I guess you could say that Wrath is really the reason I'm into this sport.. If I had never seen that video of him then I would have never come to the forvm, and I didn't start getting results until I started taking advice from the legion
Ox/Evan has helped me with several questions in his "Ask The Pros" thread.. He has answered questions for me about keto diets, which has helped me to decide weather or not going keto was right for me.. I've always thought it was pretty badass how I can go to a newstand and see him on the cover of a magazine, and know that he still takes his time to answer questions like mine.. His recent article about essential fats has also taught me a lot
House/Erik has also been a huge inspiration for me.. His legs are freaking massive man.. He's definitely an inspiration on leg day when I don't want to give that one last rep, or when my calves are burning like hell and I wanna quit.. He also leads a badass home life, which is also a huge inspiration.. Being a dedicated husband, father, and still being able ot obtain a physique like that.. THAT is animal..
Thanks for the awesome promo guys
I think that I have learned a good amount from all three of them.
I actually have to give thanks to Wrath for getting me into the gym whenever I had doubts. I have his posters on my wall and sometimes read them for a little insiration before I head out to the gym. It reminds me and shows me that I am not the only one doing what I do.
Every time one of House's articles come out I make sure I set time aside just to really read it.
As far as Evan goes, I am where I am right now because of him. I had the awesome opportunity to hang out with him. I explained a few problems I was having and he took the time to actually hear me out and go over them with me. I followed his advice, and no not about his diet, but a seperate diet, and I have been able to make some serious advances.
As far as what did I learn from the site? I have two sources of info that I run to whenever I have a question, whether it be complex or simple. Those two places are the bb "bible" and animalpak.com. I will normally wind up here though because it it much faster to get the info I need and real world feedback on that info.

Animal has taught me a lot. I hit a plateau and I couldn't get out of it. I found Animal and started to read through Wrath's journals. All of the training articles especially his were inspiring. I went out and got the supplements and haven't turned back. I blasted through my plateau and went to the state finals for powerlifting in Florida. Now I focus my energy on bodybuilding and I went from a scrawny 150 pound kid to a solid 190 pound bodybuilder. I have Animal to thank for that and I show it proudly. I wear the clothes everywhere I go and the iconic stickers are all over my car and belongings. I buy magazines such as muscle & fitness just to cut out the Universal pictures and tape them to my dorm room wall. They give me motivation everytime I look at them. Erik's body type is very similar to mine so I really look up to him and the dedication he has. Especially in his monstrous legs. Those alone have pushed me to really focus on my legs. I don't post much here but I am always in the forvm reading, getting new ideas and listening to people who have similar issues as me. Animal has been an inspiration for me and I would love to be able to hang a poster of my idols on my wall.
I've never met any of these guys but they all have motivated me in some way or another. Wrath's Journey is what brought me to the site in the first place. Ox knows so much about dieting it's scary and House has the sickest legs I have seen that make me want to do squats till I puke.
Being new to the F O R V M I am still exploring many posts from these three. I've followed OX since he first joined MD. He puts out some great columns and the videos he has are unreal. Him doing the In the Trenches series is awesome. Getting to hear his insight on different exercises and all. The House has some amazing wheels and gives tips everywhere for them.
One of the first ads that i remember carefully tearing out and putting on my wall is the 'Squat Til You Puke' ad and every ad from Wraths 'journey' is motivational and inspiring not to mention the Animal dvd's which are great.I had the honour of meeting Evan and Vinny at the FIBO this year and seeing the Animal cage which i wont forget.Ive been following Evans column in MD since he signed with them and its a great column.I think getting an autographed ''Young Gunz Poster'' would be sweet for my home gym in the cellar which i am currently getting gym equipment for.The awesome thing about Animal is that it is like a big family,a brotherhood of iron and the the fact that the bodybuilders take time out to answer questions and interact with us the public speaks volumes.Animal has taught me to break from conformity and not just sit around in the gym and being someone that takes up space but to bust my ass.Evan is someone that you can look up to because he was once fat and he's now turned his life around and has a spectacular physique so that without a doubt is motivational. The nice thing about the forums is that theres no immaturish fighting and bruised egos like you get on just about all the other online forums and things are kept under control which is good.

Although I could compose a small novel on what I've learned from Wrath, House or any of the other Animals, I can say without hesitation that Evan "Ox" Centopani has had a greater influence on me than any other member of the bodybuilding community. When this sport first captured my interest, I found it difficult to relate to any pros or amateurs due to the fact that their paths to bodybuilding seemed too smoothly paved. Every article or interview I read went something like "Yeah, I was going to play professional [enter any physically demanding sport here], but it didn't work out and I fell into bodybuilding since I already worked out all the time", or possibly "Well, I always had a six-pack growing up and was super athletic, so I started competing as a teen and was at the national level by my early twenties" or my personal favorite "I was naturally incredibly muscular and never had a problem gaining size, so a guy in my gym dared me to compete. I dieted for three weeks and ended up winning my class and the overall without even doing cardio." Needless to say, I didn't fit into any of these categories. I grew up "chubby" and finally got sick of it in high school, so I dieted like crazy and lost 50 pounds, only to discover that I was skinny and not particularly lean. At that point, I began weight training to put on some muscle and throughout the years, progressed into the bodybuilding lifestyle. Although I was dedicated, I never encountered anything that made me believe I would ever excel in the sport. When I first read Evan's story and how he became a bodybuilder, I was shocked at how parallel our roads to this sport were. Granted, he is miles ahead of me, but the similarities still amaze me. For the first time in several years, there was a bodybuilder who not only motivated me, but to whom I could directly relate. I was further inspired to see that his conduct was that of a true professional and that he is the perfect spokesperson for a sport that is in desperate need of a positive role model in light of all the negative criticism it receives. His success is a testament to hard work and dedication and he truly personifies the application of practical knowledge. Now, every time my drive or energy start to wane, I just remind myself that there is someone else who walked this path before me and who is surely destined for greatness. His story lets me know that self doubt is a bigger obstacle than genetics and that nothing is beyond the realm of possibility. Still, he is not my hero; he is not my idol. He is a human, just like the rest of us and in his own words, he was the "least likely person to become a professional bodybuilder"... and that simple fact is the most inspirational thing about him.

The concepts that I have learned from "House" and "Wraith" are very basic and would often be seen as not note worthy, but in this day in age with all of the "get ripped quick" schemes out there I feel that the exact opposite is true. I,as a newer bodybuilder, was easily hooked on to many products because of the promises of gaining unbelievable amounts of muscle and size in just a few weeks or days even. But "House" and "Wraith" always talk about how bodybuilding is a very quid-pro-quo lifestyle. All you are going to get out of bodybuilding is what you put into it. And the longer you stay immersed in this life the harder it will get, and the more that you are going to go through to stay in this life. They have also shown me that this life isn't about out lifting the guy next to me or out squatting the guy with eight plates on the bar. This life is about bettering yourself, your body, and your mindset. I have also learned that even though I may feel like I may be crushed by the weight on my shoulders (in any aspect of life) in the end it will pay off to be diligent and stay the course that I know is true for me. All of these basic, fundamental concepts that I hear and read about all the time in the forvm or even in the adds for the Animal supplements seem to be a dieing breed. Again they seem like such unremarkable lessons, but then again everyone here stated out being unremarkable at one point in time too.

I have learned untold amounts of information/insights from all of the reps here at AnimalPak ,dieting tips, proper form, and motivation. However i learned something more from Wrath. For several years i have known that i want to be bigger and stronger(don't we all) but i never had a clear mental image of what i wanted to look like; whether or not i wanted freakish size or symetry. That was until i saw Wrath. Wrath crystalized in my mind what i wanted to look like as my final goal.

"Too many people think that going to the gym and spending hours there means you're hardcore. Having seen and done some of most absolutely ball-busting hardcore routines, let me tell you, this is not the case. Occupying space for an extended period of time so you can convince yourself that your paying your dues doesn't mean you are paying the piper. You're just taking up space. The number one reason people lose a battle is that they're not 100% committed to the fight. When I step into the weight room, I know what I'm in for. I know it's time to call in the dogs and piss on the fire cause it's gonna be a long day." - Machine
That quote right there sums up where I am at right now and where I have come from. The most important thing I have learned from this place and from all the Pros is that it doesn't matter what routine you do, what you eat, what supplement you take.....if you aren't comitted to this lifestyle 100%, it ain't gonna work.
You can't do it right 80% of the time, you can't be healthy Sun-Th, and throw it all away on Fri & Sat nights. You can't eat right 4 meals a day, and then eat what you want for the 5th. It takes total commitment, and if you aren't giving it your all, you might as well quit wasting your time now.
It means a lot to see that these guys struggle just like me. And like them, I will overcome the struggles to achieve my goals.
Hey there, haven't visited this section in a while and just saw the promo. Well I'm really exited about it because I indeed asked for this promo on the BB.com forum section (same username). I made a lot of research in book stores to finally get my hand on a copy of Flex, when I got it I was really happy to finally see how the poster looked like. One word: Awesome! It's now hanging on my wall with the others and there is no way it's moving from there.
What have I learnt? Well too much to really tell. Those three bodybuilders are like idols you have growing up, just that I've growned up already, hehe. I wish I could meet them at some event but coming from Canada, it's a very hard task to do. I'm planning on going to the Arnold Classic next year, this is going to be my chance. I really respect them for what they did and what they are doing now for the Animal community and I hope I can be as dedicated as them during a lot of my lifetime.
I learnt the very basic of Animal supplements. What is Pak, Pump, M-Stak...? When to take it? Why?, etc. It's the fundation of my knowledge in matters of supplements. I know most of Animal products now because I used them and because they are effective to me.
Moreover, I met some really cool guys here and received a lot of feedback on my training and nutrition habits. The F O R V M is THE place to get together and discuss about our real pation which is bodybuilding.

when i was at the expo this year, i talked with wrath for a little while. i was telling him how im the only person at my school who as a passion for this lifestyle and not too many other people around where i live get in to this kind of thing. i told him about how im going to college soon and asked him advice on how to stick with the whole routine of powerbuilding while im still dedicating my time to football. he told me that when he was growing up he never could have imagined himself being where he is today. he said that all i have to do is stay focused on my goals and avoid all obstacles. now ive started my summer lifting and cardio routine for college football while still staying strict on meals and powerbuilding. i have to lift twice a day because the lifting routine for college is more athletic than strength and size work. im just taking his advice and staying focused on what im looking for.

When I read House's article about The Secret To Getting Huge, that really got me motivated and totally changed my outlook on my training and diet. I used to buy into all the ads of the b.s. supplements that can make you gain 10lbs of muscle in a week! After reading House's article, I told myself stop making fucking excuses, so what if i have to choke down another chicken breast with rice and greens, it will be worth it in the end. Quit bitching and moaning about not wanting to get out of bed every morning to head to the gym at 7 a.m. and get to work. Before my leg day today, I re-read the article and went into the gym focused and ready to pound my legs until they screamed for mercy. I had one of the craziest leg days ive had in a while. House inspires me to get serious about dieting and training and thats the only way to get huuuuuuge.

I train at the same gym with Ox. He's always giving me training tips, nutrition tips and other advice about bodybuilding. Wrath is probably my biggest idol. His morals and way of life are incredibly appealing to me, and after reading the journey, I fell in love with bodybuilding. I always liked lifting weights, but Wrath showed me the unglamorous side of bodybuilding. Without having a father to share alot of interests and morals with, Wrath became someone I could look up to, follow after and share the same principles as him. The journey has helped me over come so many obstacles in the past year. Wrath is the ideal man, the ideal person that I could only aspire to be like. Maybe, just maybe if I'm lucky enough, one day I can become HALF the man the Wrath is.

Where to begin with the knowledge I've soaked up from the "Young-Guns". For starters reading The Journey was plenty knowledge in itself, it made me realize that I need to stop fucking around with my diet and get it in order. Theres no excuses and no crying when it comes down to eat...the diet is the hardest part of bodybuilding, plain and simple. Seeing the devotion Frank had on his journey was truly remarkable, he basically sacrificed his life for those months all to reach his goal, and it takes a real fuckin man to do that. I could continue on with Frank in the Animal DVD series and picking up some tips, one of them strongly being Bent-Arm DB Pullovers. Since incorporating these into my workouts my chest has taken on new form and is filling out faster than ever, truly astonishing to say the least. Those DVD's are just great, hell if they don't get you fucking amped to hit the weights nothing will. I love how the gyms in the DVD's are dirty, just like my peice of shit gym, but hey I like to think of it as home. As for the Ox being able to talk to him and read about some of his accomplishments right here on the forvm is greater than anything anyone could ask for. I think taking the time to answer questions, and with no strings attatched, is just something that you can't really describe in words. This leads me to the final Animal, The House. Now having got to lift with House at some ABC events is truly amazing, for those of you who have never lifted with a pro its truly star striking. The knowledge he poured out was more than you could soak up in any magazine, sticking to basic compound lifts on Arm day and bouncing back and forth between Bi and Tri exercises is just one tip from the guy. Hes such a down to earth guy too which is what really suprised me, hell I even saw him guest pose the next day and he jokingly asked me how sore my arms were from the workout we did the day before. Great guy, just a great fucking guy. So yeah these guys have impacted my training pretty drastically, and waking up to that poster everyday would be something to only further drive me.

I've learned that as long as what you are doing makes you happy, f**ck what everyone else thinks.
People look at me like I'm crazy when i get up at 4 am to eat and go to the gym. You know what I've lost 80 lbs doing this and yes I eat 7 times a day to loose weight. "They" think I crazy, you know what I don't care.

The Forum is my home, AnimalPak.com is my church, and the AOM is my bible. There is rarely a day that goes by that I don't have the AOM or Wrath's Journey book open... for inspiration, for knowledge, for the shared love of the iron.
I've personally met House and Landlord at an ABC event, and went to dinner with them after. Great people, and House is proof that you can be an Animal in the gym and still be a great dad and husband at home. Enough good things can't be said about either of them.
As for what I've learned... train hard, eat smart, and don't waste your time looking for short cuts. You can't build a House in a day, but with enough hard work you can build your own house.

Pain.
This mostly what I learned from it all, the Animal thing. Oddly enough I found out Animal in a period of my life when all I had was pain and the Iron. I was lifting to forget and to calm down my anger. One day I found out The Journey, then something clicked.
Wrath is The Man. His dedication, his focus and his commitment are so strong. Every word that he wrote rang a bell inside of me, as if I was there with him in his journey. What I didnt realise is that I was in a journey of my own. Still am. Never stopped pumping Iron to this day.
I'm also gonna say something about Ox and House. Ox, you're rising like a goddamn shooting star but you're are'nt gonna fade out like em. The sentence I remember about you is when you won the Nationals you said : ''Yeah I won, but I did everything I could all year long to do it.'' Talk about consistency.
House, yeah you got big calves. Thats what you heard for the past years. But still you're busting your ass off to improve all of your physique. You might be known mostly for you calves but let me tell you the improvements you've made in the last year are awesome. You turrned pro, now you're playing with the big boys and you deserve it.
More important is what the Animal lifestyle taught me. It taught me what true dedication is. What it means to give his on best everyday. To push the last fucking reps, eat the last fucking part of a big meal, to deal with the haters, to refuse to abide to unhealthy lifestyles.
Yeah some people now say Im obsessed with the Iron. False, Im dedicated, living a life full of passion.
There is a cap that follows me 5 times a week to the gym. It has been washed so often its beginning to turn from black to red. This cap is my Animal cap. When Im doing a intense set and am beginning to let go I take a look in the mirror, see the Animal logo and remind myself why Im in the game; to push the envellope, to evolve, to grow.
When I first met my coach he told me, seeing that always had some new kind of Animal gear, that I didnt need to sport the Animal brand, as everybody knew I am an Animal. Still I wouldnt be the Animal I am if I hadnt known The Journey, The Forvm and the articles.
Animal is not just a brandname but a philosophy. Even if the brand would die Animals wouldnt. Luckily is not gonna happen anysoon. Like its member, the Animal name is always growing.
Don't stop to improve, as fulfillment is not about the destination but about the journey. And life is not about finding yourself but about creating yourself.
Lift on,
Joff
I have learned the "secret" to bodybuilding.
The basics are what count. Lots of Protein, complex carbs, quality fats. Basic compound movements.
Most importantly to shut the F up and train....

This is not a bullshit game... This is a no joke, all in... go for broke.
The sups the food the time in the gym it all means nothing if your not in there pushing hard. You have to have that, that will to do what it takes. You have to have that ANIMAL thinking.
Thats it, at least for me.

I don't even no where to begin since I have learned so much useful information from the articles and the Forvm on Animalpak.com. This is my #1 bodybuilding resource I use to better myself in the gym.
Although I have several Animal posters and products in my home gym that give me the motivation and energy I need to dig deep, they cannot compare to an AUTOGRAPHED poster from the Animal Crew, or the guys who have been my mentor since I started lifting toward becoming an ANIMAL!!

When I was first starting to get serious about bodybuilding, I was very confused about what I wanted to do and had very little push.
I didn't know where to seek help but was told that Animal was the right place to come. So I came and then, after meeting another animal, was told that Ox was the one for the keto diet. I read his thread and found out that he was built like me, earlier in his life.
He has taught me a lot, in his thread and in communication through PM's. I successfully lost 34lbs on a cut and felt the best I have EVER, and the looks came with the feelings.
Ox has encouraged me to do my best and to stop bullshitting. I hate diets but his was one that taught me that if you want something, you have to do everything necessary.
Ox for me = Truth, support, courage and someone that isn't stuck in the I'm "popular" now fuck everyone else attitude. He's the one that has got me on the road to my first show, hopefully next year.
I want the poster but thats not my first concern, its giving credit where credit is due. Thanks Ox for being true to the sport and helping others out when you know you could be doing other things. I believe that Ox has taught many, not just me and he's the one I look up to on my road to greatness.

im in australia. we are known as the lucky country so i was bound to get it first.
Opened the mailbox and there was an envelop from Animal sitting right there!! I love this poster, so kick ass!
I'm guessing mine will be there when I get home today then.
I want to buy a frame for this. Any one know what the dimensions of the poster are?
Still haven't received it. Can't wait...
