Ok, i just wanted to put a theory to you guys that i think kinda works for me.
Every now and then(like one period in a month), i will eat very little for a few days. I reckon about a quarter of what i normally put away. After a few days, i look leaner and sharper (prob water tho). But when i return to my normal eating habits, i seem to get a mini surge of growth and fat loss aswell.
I thin k it might be like a mini starvation diet that finishes before any negative affects begin. What do you reckon?

it's basically the calorie cycling approach bro, nothing new under the sun

but imo it's never a good idea to starv yourself, be it even only for a few days

By cycling your calories you are boosting your metabolism, good in a way but taking in too few calories will lead to muscle loss so be careful.

I reckon its pretty risky, Ive always thought a flucuation of more then 1000-1500 from one day the the next is a bad idea. It just sounds like it would be to much of a shock to the body. And we all know that when the body feels starved the first thing it munches on is muscle.

thats what i knida thoyught, but if your muscles are recovered from your training then your not going to lose muscle mas in a few days. I just thought the shock to the body would make it tap into fat stores.
Just a thought guys anyway, thanks for your opinions
